The compensation package is quite decent. But my current company (relatively small in capital), countered offer with 10% higher than what&#39;s being offerred by MNC (with all benefits offerred included). Btw, I&#39;m currently working as contract with limited benefits and my current company treats me quite well so far.. Felt quite reluctant to leave also...
