Color Book in Illustrator

Hi Peeps. I been using for Illus for ages but I'll never know how to use Illus color book wisely (I guess). There come in so many category like Pantone solid matte, pantone solid coated and etc. What is the different we just choose those color in the palate from the swatches out there ? If for name card ... which category of color I should use more ??? Pantone Solid matte for a cool look ? If using normal color from swatches palate will look CHIPLAK or not ? If using digital print, is those color category still functioning or they only function on offset printing ? Anyone senior who working in printing industry know about this ??? I need help here ....

I never been there to swim before but planing to swim there twice a week after work since I don't want to wait until weekend only I can take my sweet time to swim at Shah Alam there.
Anyone who swim there before can let me know how deep is their in door pool ??? and also their Operation hour ???? By the way, they open per season like Shah Alam there or just pay and swim until you get tired ????!! Are their provided facility that poor as commented at some random web ???

Can anyone know where to purchase Canon EOS D50 high resolution picture and same goes to Nikon D90 SLR camera kit set and also VGN-P25G/G (Netbook).
Need it urgently for my design ...

P/S: I already find it in istock seem like nothing help me ....

BB cream : Faceshop and Skin79

I'm using the FaceShop BB cream for a years and it works really superb on my face.

Currently when I browse through many forum, a lot of people are using Skin79 and everyone say it was real amazing ...
So what is your opinion ???
All the feedback from forumer seem to make my heart itchy ... Feel like changing to Skin79 too
SHould I change to Skin79 and stick to faceshop ?
