70 years lease on andalucia

I saw some great property there.
How ever there is a 70 years lease left. The property was developed and completed in 2004.
Hence, after 10 -15 years staying there, what is left is 55 years on the lease. the question is, if i try to sell that time, the price will definitely drop, because who wants to buy a property with 55 years left on lease? If need to renew lease, everyone one in the condo needs to pay the premium. if one does not pay how to renew the lease?

Also , there are so many property developed around it, front back left right... there will be competition of rental apartment. If no one rents it, the maintenance will be high. What are the other risks buying a 70 years lease property?

preferbly direct owner, but if I have to go through dealer, i need to know the history, service records, reasons for selling and such..

I am getting a car soon, but as for which car i have no idea. any more things i should know about these cars?
any comments- or is there other cars i can consider?

Budget under 80k

requirements- 4 wheel-petrol engine-passenger car
Would love to have manual

Have considered -

a)Persona - A nice looking car from the outside- like the bootspace- got 4 wheels- some sort of air intake technology- but not campro tech- downside- i really hate the insides, the dash board looks so ugly where the aircon stands- upside -price is good-cheap
heard proton service sucks-as well.

b)honda city - nice car as well. love the car- Ivtch engine- single cam- transmission is CVT? and if broken, which cost rm27k? car is a bit pricey though, but nice car frmo the outside-paddle shift is nice as well,--but with skirting and everything- almost 100k ..

c)toyota vios- got manual- but loousy spec- nice overall car-got boot space- but its just that the manual version sucks on the inside and no fog light and skirting- manual price is ok. heard toyota service long Q- but should b problem. .

d)looked at err.. satria- nice car but 2 doors and no boot space- so out of spec. hahaha

havent really consider any other car lo..

phew-k , long post- but i gueess any car also got their own up and down

but just wanted to know if there are better recommendations or any other facts i don't know. .
