bluetooth problem

i cant find a way to switch on my bluetooth on my laptop, my frien's 5745G have a launch manager shows that bluetooth and wifi is on or off. but mine after pressing FN + F2 only shows a wfi sign. i reinstall the software still the same. i found bluetooth suite. tried to open it. it will never open after a few reinstalls. anybody encounter the same problem as me?
the control panel dosent show bluetooth either
