For 2026, I/m looking to upgrade my Samsung 4k TV mid-range Crystal UHD model TU8500 year 2000. (55")
My Priority:
a) Support HDMI 2.1 for VRR PS5 Gaming
b) HDR10+ or Dolby Vision for Netflix content
c) Reliable Panel Manufacturer or Reputable brand (able to last 5 years such as my current TV)
d) East Malaysia Availability at local store in Sabah
e) 55" size with budget below 5k

Available Option;
a) TCL 55 C6K - RM 2,500 (2025 model)
b) LG 55 QNED80ASA- RM 3,800 (2025 model)
c) SONY 55 X90L- RM 4,200 (2023 model)
d) Xiaomi TV A Pro 55 2026- RM 1,799 (cons: i see my family xiaomi tv showing color abnormality/not sure what year model)

Which option that is best option (in terms of value)?

I would like to seek your kind recommendation/ advice on:
A) currently there are two telco service offer in my area: Maxis and TMNet..based on the current pricing, which one offer the best value? I also would consider IPTv package but i confused on the TMnet package which got PlayTV at rm129.. still can watch tv channel if i get the rm129 package?

B) which wifi router (price around rm100 to rm300) available in the market is the best? Dual band is ok for me.. 5 GHz band prefered.. btw i would like to know which model/brand/spec of wifi router offered by Maxis and TMNet in the 100Mbps package?

C) lastly which budget tvbox (can paired with iphone) and play IPtv from TMnet?

Selling Car to Auto Dealer

I intend to sell my car to auto dealer and we have agreed with the price. The price agreed is just to settle my settlement loan amount.
However the auto dealer insists that i need to do thumbprint first (tukar hak milik) before he going to settle the loan.
I have try to ask him to settle the loan amount first but he didn't agreed and won't proceed to deal if i did not the thumbprint first.
Anyway he told me that even i done the thumbprint also, the hak milik won't be transfer unless the loan were settled.
BTW the thumbprint is done at the car dealer office since he has all the facilities.
SO i would like to know if your guys got encounter this before?
Can the hak milik kenderaan change if he did not settle the loan amount and i have done the thumbprint?
And are there any bad intention/hanky panky on this guy based on your guys judgement/opinion ?

Cannot open apps after cancelling the update

Hi guys..i got a problem here.. I have clicked update all the apps in my apps update list.. However i didn't have enough time to wait for all the apps to be updated, hence i just off the wireless connection.. When i try to open the apps i canot do so since it still updating.. ( status: Waiting ) .. I try to cancel the update but the status still remains the same.. Anybody have the same problem with me? How to fix it?
Btw the apps that i refer to were all game apps.. I using new ipad with ios 5.1..

Car loan interest Rate in 2010

Hi..i need help getting loan to buy car..de problem iz i nt sure what is de current car loan rate nw..
when i go to the proton car dealer center de sales guy said that all de interest car loan rate is fixed by bank negara..(3.75% for 9 years loan ,3.65% for 7 years loan and 3.5% for 5 years loan)
he also said that all interest rate is same for all national type cars ( brand new car)..
is he telling the truth? y some my friend can get lower interest rate??
can anybody give me some advice on getting the best loan car with lower interest rate?
