Hire Purchase vs Housing Loan

Im now in confusion of choosing loan offer between 2 banks which offer me 2 different kind of loans for my brand new car. At 1st Bank PB offer me 2.45% rate for 9 years and Bank AM offer me 2.39%. When i thinking of signing to bank am, Bank PB called and counter offer something that i never heard before which is a housing type of loan for a car. Below are the details. If you're in my situation. Which 1 you prefer?

Bank AM
Loan Type: Hire Purchase
Interest Rate : 2.39 (Fixed for 9 year)
Monthly Installment - RM676

Adv = Interest fixed for 9 year
Dis = In case sell/settlement after 5 years - Interest for remaining 4 years will be charged and some discount will be given

Bank PB
Loan Type: (Dunno what to call, but works similar to housing loan)
Interest Rate : BLR-2.13 = 4.47 for 2014 ( 9 years)
Monthly Installment - RM676

Adv = Upon selling/settlement after 5 year - No interest need to pay for the remaining 4 years
Dis = monthly interest fluctuates depends on BLR.

LG 42LM6200 Led TV

Hi Guys, I just recently bought LG 42LM6200 Led Tv with the magic remote control. The tv performance is superb until i realize that i still can observe juddering with my naked eyes. When i buy, the salesman told me that this tv has MCi (Motion clarity index) 400hz = True Motion 400hz. I tried search in the menu but didnt see any option which can enable/disable the MCI. When i google out i found that European model with MCI 400 just have true motion 120hz. Is that means this TV only have 100Hz true motion. ( 120hz in Europe as their AC frequency is 60Hz/ ours 50Hz). Does this means LG cheating customer using this MCi term???

Hi Guy,

I have been looking to buy LED tv and finalised this 2 model as it is around my budget. Those models are Samsung UA-40ES5600 and Philips 40PFL6606H. Both are 40 inch, slim model and have smart tv function. Philips has 400hz clear motion rate but samsung only offers 100hz. Picture quality wise, Samsung has a lead on it. Below are the full specification of the prodcut. Sifu's or real user opinion are welcomed.

Hi Guys,

I went to Home & Living Exibition at PISA Penang Yesterday. At 1st just plan to look around until cought by the Loius Italia Salesman. I just taking a look on their promotions as im planning to buy sofa for my new house as weel. But i didnt do any study on sofas yet. The offer 3+2 with 4 recliner sofa set for RM3990. After negotiation i ended up buying onli the 3 seater with 2 recliner for RM1980. Its half leather set with soft bovine leather. It comes with 6 years waranty for leather + stiching and frame. The salesman say it will take 4-6weeks to deliver. So i didnt think much and paid RM1000 deposit with my credit card.

After come back and research.. lots of ppl saying leather sofa will be hot and sticky for our climata. My living room no aircond but no direct sun light as well. do you think its a wise choise to get a lether sofa? if no is there anything i can do to change to fabric type?

Hi, can anyone tell me wat is the best replacement gearbox for perdana v6. im sick n tired maintaining the stock gearbox of this car. After doing some research i found that this stock gearbox can be replaced by some of original Mitsubishi gearbox. But there are plenty of model which is available in halfcut. Can anyone tell me which model is the best for this 2.0 V6 engine?

im using a 14.1" laptop with ati X2300 GC. its max resolution is 1200x800. but i canot set this resolution in game and cant fullscreen while playing FIFA08. anyone noe how to set to my screen resolution? pls help
