[ WTA ] laptop cant turn on

like i say i cant turn my laptop on,
just finish checking the hardware,
hdd workin fine,
rem ok, tried to plug the ac adaptor to another pc ok,
battery died already,
but when i tried to plug the acc to the laptop the the green light turn blinking amber greenish.
some say its the proc, some say its the ac connector.
any idea?
