Hi, i wan to open a restaurant business in Penang island, i have done some research, i need to know more suppliers or dealers who are actually selling all these things which attached above. as i need to do comparison.

Please help me out. tell me if u know any shops are cheap and more varieties in PENANG ISLAND or MAINLAND.

I am opening restaurant in Penang next two months, i need to find several contractors.

Plaster ceiling, carpenter, wiring, lighting, and so on.

I prefer to go for several contractors who are specialized in certain field instead of general contractors.

Please let me know, i am doing sole proprietorship, so kinda head-ace of doing all these alone. thanks!

guys... i been waiting for the contractor to fix the phone line in my house... they said need maximum 3 days of working days , but u guys noe, they finally took 2 weeks to fix only the PHONE LINE...

i really fed up with TM's service...

By the way, i want to ask you guys, what would you guys comment about TM's service?

and 1 more thing...

the contractor install the phone line for me today. After he looked around my room and checked my house's electric panel. He then said, because of your panel is bla bla bla ( I really don't und about what he was talking), then , you have to pay for another RM20 for tracing the electiric.

guys, just tracing the electric, he done this ' tracing electricity' just in about 5 min. They cost me RM 20, is it reasonable?

I have friend ,who just pull the wire only, TM charge him RM 80... but it is a long wire . Is it also reasonable?
