Help: Question on PSU

I'm confuse whether my Cooler Master Extreme 500W is enough to power up my new PC smoothly, this are my specs.

Processor: Intel Core i5 750
Motherboard: Asus P7H55
RAM: 4gb Kingston DDR3 1333mhz
Graphic Card: Sapphire Radeon HD5770 Vapor-x
HD: WD 500GB sata
Casing: Cooler Master Gladiator 600
LCD: 23' Samsung P2370H
Extra Fan: one 12cm fan

I'm choosing CM Extreme 500W because it's only rm180, due to budget problem.
Is it necessary for me to change a better power supply?

I decided to buy a new PC and i not sure what is the suitable motherboard and PSU if i want to crossfire 2 5770 in future.

Here is the System:

Processor : Quad Core i5 750
Memory: 4GB(2x2GB) DDR3-1333
HDD: WD 1.0TB
Graphic Card: Power Color 5770 1GB DDR5 (2X crossfire)

Please help me to find a suitable motherboard and PSU for my system in order to run a crossfire2 5770 perfectly.
My budget is around RM600 for motherboard and RM450 for PSU, i don't know is enough o not..but u all can suggest me your opinion.

Need help on my scooter

I have a blue Yamaha Ego Scooter. Every time when i did not use my scooter for around 2 days, or I can say when the engine is cold, it's very hard to start. The electric starter is totally useless (the electric starter is not spoil). As for the kick starter, i need to step on it many many times only it will start. Yes..i did which on the choke, but still the same. Even though my scooter started and i throttle it, i feel like the oil don't want to come out..feel like the engine wants to go off. I need to throttle few times then only the engine smoother. And one more thing is that i cannot throttle it without letting go. If not, the engine goes off and i need to use the kick starter to start again. I must throttle and let go, throttle and let go..repeat few times, then the engine only will smooth.
What's wrong with my scooter? Is about the air filter? Or some problem with the carburetor? Coz the technician told me my scooter old already, so it's normal. But I saw many motors around the same age with mine do not have such problem. They can even start their motor using electric starter. Even after I've change the engine oil and the gear box oil, no difference at all. Plus the technician told me that my scooter's millage for a 3-4 years motor is not much. Please guide me.

Vista/Win7 32bit utilizing 4BG Ram

Last time my system only utilize 3.5GB Ram. Now I'm fully utilize my 4GB Ram after using this "ReadyFor4GB" software.

Steps:
1. Open the "ReadyFor4GB.exe", then click "apply"
2. Then continue to "Yes".
3. Wait for the process. After that will pop out a window, and just click "OK". Then close the program.
4. Open "AddBootMenu.cmd", and press "Y" for yes.
5. Reboot your PC, choose "128GB with ntkr128g.exe" from the boot menu.
