            <title>always cramp my abs why?</title>

            <description>i alwasy cramp my abs when i do sit up even i have done tones of warm up and cardio .&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;recent experience was yesterday i almost cramp my abs again when come to sit up&lt;br /&gt;section at the end of body combat class. what a shame....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;could somebody tell me why??</description>
