hi,

got message hal.dll is missing/corrupt when starting windows, did everything expand/copy/chkdisk in system repair, ended up the same.
so I format the drive and install new windows..same thing happen! hal.dll is missing, been installing windows twice in different harddisk!

what is the possible cause of this?
bad sector? been using 2 harddisk/partition
OC? already reset to default before installing new windows
anything related to hardware?

my bro gonna move there next month and thinking of getting a 4mb streamyx. he dont want unifi, later got cap.
he went to tm point and the system reject saying the distance to exchange/dslam is 3km, which should be <2km. so the system reject the application

now as we all know, tm's system is not updated. i remember my friend application got rejected because the distance is 5km in system, but the truth is there is dslam inside his own apartment. so what he did, he applied for 1mb, printscreen SNR result in the modem page and email to TM, then can upgrade. he dare to apply because he know his neighbors so many using 4mb.

now the thing is, my bro dunno anyone there and dunno if anyone got use 4mb or not.
so any fella living @ sri indah, seri kembangan care to share?
u know anyone using 4mb there?

if car got few minor problems like.

the lock only left the metal part, the plastic part gone
the side body signal got mentol only, the plastic cover gone
radio not functioning
3rd brake wont light on
no spare tyre
what else huh? i forgot, later add

ok /k/ lets make a difference!

from now on, try to switch off any electric equipments when not in use. be it tv, lamp, radio, multimedia speaker and especially pc/laptop, stop all those prawn torrent.
i am now typing in dark, and will continue to do so unless i really need to use light (read etc)

hi guys

i am new in employment thingie, quite a fresh grad here

my previous company gave a lot of empty promises, tipu sana sini, and as i had enough, i gave 24 hours notice

the question is, can i get the salary for the half month i worked before that ultimate notice?
btw, i was under 1 year contract

just want to know, not to rage, whine or anything.......
