I got a credit card issue that need some opinion. The situation is like this:

In July 2009 Matta fair, i sign up for a vacation club membership, the deposit amount we agreed on is RM500, I even sign a slip with the downpayment amount RM500 written on it, the problem is that day the credit card machine is out of service, so they say they will hold my credit card number and charge when they went back to their headquarter.

On 22 August 2009, i receive the membership parcel along with the credit card receipt of RM1080. I did not sign anything that allows them to charge me that amount, but the problem is that the receipt is 22 July 2009, and my parent already paid for the credit card balance around 4th - 10th August. What option do I have if i want to get back my RM580? or even RM1080?

I have already informed them and they say they will look into it, but I want to make sure what legal options do i have.

Partial Sound Dampening, OK or don't even bother?

i wish to DIY sound dampening (SD) my kelisa, but i don't want/don't know to remove car seats and all, so i can't cover my whole cabin with the SD mats, only area that is reachable without removing anything and doors will be covered. can i feel the result?
btw, on tight budget, which area is more worthy to invest on first?
my car has a woofer in trunk and component set in front, i removed the trunk panel that hold the back speakers.

cut n paste from event description:

i run a seach in regedit, the key directed me into several match, all of them related to:

what player did you use to play High Def Content "HD" 720p 1024p 1280p.
i used VLC with linear deinterlace mode but is there any player/codec that provide better quality?

asking desktop modding sifus here, know any program/widget like winamp CD case program that support unicode?
the winamp CD case + winamp API emulator plugin is nice but it doesn't support unicode eg: chinese n jap character.
i've tried to search in forums and google but to no solution...
Help appreciated.

The government's plan to stablish a high-speed broadband network appear to be negative for Singapore Telecommunications LTD(SingTel) and StarHub because their duopoly in the boradband market here is under threat.

after reading this article i would say: MALAYSIA GOVERNMENT, LOOK AT WHAT SINGAPORE GOVERNMENT IS DOING NOW. TO BOOST BROADBAND YOU SERIOUSLY NEED TO OPEN UP FOR MORE COMPETITION, MONOPOLIZATION DOESN'T PROMOTE IMPROVEMENT.

The direction where we're going are just damn wrong.

frequent timed out when using BT

Recently i get frequent timed out when i surf and using bittorrent at the same time.
i've already set the max tcp concurrent connection to 1024, but still...
when i exit BT client i don't have timed out problem.

any solutions?
