Dear all,

Am looking to buy a Onkyo home theater system for my living hall. Am looking at 5.1.2 set up. From Lazada or Shopee, a couple seller selling Onkyo HTIB and some selling combination of Denon and Onkyo speaker set. Price around 3k to 5k.

1. Please advise which set should i get?
2. Where can i try out Onkyo product here in Klang Valley?

I got a bday gift of Yamaha YAS 209, it is a good entry sound bar but the sound wont cut it as i experience Onkyo AV + Infinity speaker combo 5.1 in the 90's. It is my father's home theater and Yamaha YAS 209 is no where near this type of set up.

Please advise me. Thank you. Anyway 1 want to buy YAS 209 from me also can PM me. It is just 3 months old.

Hi Peeps,

Would like to ask about the new Alphard 2.4L HILL CLIMBING PERFORMANCE..
Initially my dad were looking at Starex Grand Royale Edition... After test drive... We decide to pass....

So right now at this moment, we are looking at Alphard 2.4L 08/09 model...(New Alphard similar to Vellfire)...
Driving on normal road is not a problem at all (during test drive) with 6 adult passenger... My concern is can this car roll itself up to GENTING??? I believe Cameron and bukit tinggi will not be a prob as i try on my fren older version Alphard with 8 adult... GENTING hill is way steeper IMO especially after those sharp corner u turn...

Any1 with this ride drove up genting before???? PLEASE SHARE UR EXPERIENCE!!!!

My dad plan to get this Hyundai Starex 11 seater... As current new model price ar 160k is really tempting with Nappa leather seat... power door.... rear view camera.... etc... but is it worth it? Any problem with the Starex...

On the other hand, i am getting him to look at Estima ACR50 06'-07' model... Price at similar 160k-170k.... of course... it is a 8 seater... please advise...

Wanted to get some opinion from all the forumers here... Maybe i miss out something/ some car...
Planning to get a car for my gf for long haul driving as her working company shifting to cyberjaya soon in OCT 2010.
My MAX budget is 85k... No more extra...

Currently, a few models on my mind... but there are some negative points for each car.. so.... need advise....

Honda City - Nice design. But paying 90k for the car like not worth it. All so plastic and analog control.
Toyota Vios - Dugung face. Quality okie la. Small cabin.
Kia Forte - Nice design. Full of feature. Scare future no value when sell. Maintanence leh?
Perodua Myvi - Next year new myvi launch in month of MAY with 1.5L variant.
Suzuki Swift - Small car lo. No trunk lo. Overall quite good review. Average second hand price.
Proton WAJA2 (Lancer) - Launch OCT, too late. Cannot wait.

Okie all, before u advise. U should know i work for automotive company for 2 years. I know pretty much about assembly of car. Think before u kelentong me...

TELL ME WHICH 1 I SHOULD BUY?

I tried on the last Accord.. I notice that the headrest support not comfortable when cruising for long journey compare to Camry bcoz it can be adjusted... What do you guys think? Any Accord user 1 face this problem? Any solution to this? Kindly advise..

Like i said on the title... Currently i got 5K in hand... this is my max budget...
Wanted to buy a SLIM TV aka LCD or PLASMA TV.

My usage: 50% on Astro and 50% on Movies/ DIVX/Computer plug-in(movie usage)/ Gaming

Currently what i have in mind = Pana 42PV80

What i required: 37- 42" TV, No need to be FULL HD but motion flow, 100MHz or fast responce time is preferable for LCD (i watch sports).

Please recommand me.... Any brand but Sony (parent been using 46V300).
Preferable you tell me the modal code also...

CRV 2008 ISSUE or PROBLEM

Dear all, i just bought a new CRV. I find it underpower la. When i try to overtake car, i feel no confident in doing so. I try my fren previous CRV. It is better in acceleration and pickup (maybe due to DOHC).

Also, i find the parking brake placed on a poor location. Everytime on slope, i had to engage to D, release the parking foot brake and IMMEDIATELY accelerate on the gas pedal.. else the car like going backward...
Do you guy face this problem?

Lastly is the Hon sound, i find it too soft... Not like Air hon... Sometimes feel it doesnt suit the car look.... the car is sporty but the hon sound is not. Please comment.

Helo Sifu all,

I installed Infernal, but it unable to run when double click, some msg pop out(in dunno what language), after that i install Ageia Phsyx, it will run the first few title (metropolis, eidos....) but after that it wont run any more and hang there...
Why a? can any1 help me... pls..

Btw, i am using Vista. My brother with XP is running fine.
Pls advise.
