[Solved] 3200Mhz only showing up as 2133MHz

Here are my specs :
Asus rog strix B450-F
Ryzen 5 3600
Corsair vengeance 32gb(16x2) 3200MHz
intel 660p 1TB m.2
zotac gtx 1060.

So, i updated my bios via EZ flash utility on asus motherboards, and after restart dram is only running at 2133mhz,
Next after a bit of research, some folks with the same motherboard said to just head to Ai Tweaker in BIOS and just change the DRAM frequency to 3200 or as close as you can get to 3200. I did that and it failed to post, so i had to reset the CMOS in order to have it boot again. So now that it boots again i head into the bios and there is this auto config thing (EZ something) and it asks you to pick your workload "Casual use" or "gaming /media editing" and the type of cpu cooling you are running, after i picked my options it says it will tweak it to get 5% cpu performance and 3% dram performance and so reboot with these new settings that the bios gave me, and still only showing 2133MHz.

Restart, head to bios again, saw that the memory frequency is actually increased but by just a little went from 2133 to about 2197 and when you boot back in its still only showing 2133. dram voltage is set at Auto right now (1.35v) wondering if anyone can help guide me through ASUS's bios settings and find a way to get my ram to perform at the frequency that i paid for. Thanks

lets start with the beginning. utorrent gave me a couple of errors out of the blue, like it never happens with 'cannot find path error' on completed torrents.

after awhile, it decided to completely stop responding even as i restart the program. then i went deeper, in trying to delete the folder where all the .torrent files are located
i couldnt even access the folder, it constantly crashes my explorer.exe and whenever i try to delete it, it doesnt respond or the transferring window appears and disappears.

so i uninstalled utorrent,and used cmd.exe to delete the directory directly using rd /s /q and it came back with " the directory is not empty"
after that i tried elevated command prompt using the same command and im met with the same problem again

then i ran chkdsk /f for the drive containing the folder and it found "unindexed files"
so in the logs it said "recovering orphanned file [...bla bla bla...] into directory file 44"
and after the unindexed files were scanned it came up with this

- 12 unindexed files scanned

0 unindexed files recovered

does that mean the recovering process failed? what do i do now? how i do i get rid of this folder? did i get some sort of virus? [as of this point the chkdsk is still running at stage 4 looking for bad cluster]

ive been running a dual monitor setup lately and over the course of the past week i have encountered 2 blue screens.
things on the software side are pretty standard, drivers are installed correctly and clean pc overall.

new additions to the pc was the seidon 120v cooler bought in january and the 750ti which i purchased about 8-9 months ago.

i was thinking if someone could help me see what might have gone wrong hardware/software side.
the other parts are close to reaching 4 years

On both occasions where the blue screen appeared i was doing the same thing, commencing a download on utorrent after magnetlink any clues?

concerns for 27inch

well. i have money to spend and previously i was thinking of changing my dual 21.5inch setup to a larger dual 27inch setup.

so then i realized, if i were to get both 1080p monitors that would Not give me more screen real estate, so whats the point other than having a larger display for movies/games if i cant fit more stuff onto my desktop.
Im also concerned if since its larger, can we really feel the difference in the clarity seeing as how 21 inch and 27 inch have the same amount of pixels would it make the 27inch blurry-er/ ugly

then i thought about getting a 1440p display. but graphic card only 750ti, tapi i also dont play alot of hardcore games on PC since i use my ps4 for that. so now im slightly torn on what to get
but generally i was looking into the dell S2715H.

any thoughts?

Unifi telling me no ports

There was a post previously stating that there were no ports available in the area, but this is a different issue.
I just moved into my new house, where the previous owners of the house i suspect were using unifi, hence the fibre optic set up and everything is already in the house, just that the router and equipment isnt. Now, tm and maxis keep telling me that there are no ports available, to which i tried to explain to their incompetent scum of a customer service that maybe rhere are no ports because this house is already taking up one of them. So i tried to ask them, do you have to remove the fibre set up in this new house and fit it a whole new one and you cant just install the modems and routers?

Then they replied "i dont know" omfg ok nvm can you atleast patch me over to someone who understand how to installation works? Nope. Im writing this down in my report and we will send our technicians to check (they said the same thing 3 times on 3 different occasions)

So, anyone who understand how this installation works, do they actually have to remove the entire cable? And not just plug it into new equipment because that seems quite absurd

moving into new house, and recently got a free 32inch crappy hi sense tv, ugh.
thinking of changing it to a better display (preferably for gaming) of similar size.

i have been browsing for quite awhile and i cant seem to find any up-to-date databases on input-lag for 32inch televisions, whether its 720/1080p, my best bet at the moment is the sony 32W674A however it is an older model.

however im not limited to 32-inch only,can be bigger please do provide me with your suggestions my budget is around 1.5k
