Changing lawyer for strata title MOT

I received a cheaper quote for the MOT execution for my house's strata title, but unfortunately have earlier informed another lawyer that I would like to proceed and asked for next step. I received email for document submission but yet to submit anything.

At this point of time, is it still good to change the lawyer?

Please recommend a laptop for 3D-CAD (Creo)

Hi guys, I'm planning to purchase a laptop to run Creo. Any one has experience using laptop for 3D CAD application and mind to share and/or introduce some decent model? My budget is up to RM 3500.

The graphic card's fan in my old computer is very noisy these days. It's an old computer and I only use it for light web browsing. Been thinking of replacing a brand new graphic card into it (a cheap one will do) but I'm not sure what graphic card is compatible to my system

Current Mother board: GA-8I915p-G: http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-p...spx?pid=1891#sp
Current G/Card: GeForce PCX 5900

I'm checking out this graphic card (Asus GT 210: http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/NVIDIA_...210DI512MD2LP/)

Anyone can enlighten me if it's compatible?

DBKL parking summon RM 300?

I've got a parking summon for DBKL sometime last week. Wrote out to the DBKL to check on the summon rate and got a shock. For parking in a box, RM 100 and RM 300 for parking at yellow line. For both case, there is a 50% discount if we pay up within 2 weeks. I've never heard of RM 300 (or RM 150 if settle it fast) parking summon before! Is there a way for me to reduce the payment even lower? It's way too expensive...DBKL is such a bloodsucker...

Would like to hear some opinions from the forumers here.
