NCD 55% - 0%. Hitter yet to make police report

I was hit from behind by a lorry on 17 Nov @ 6 PM. Since I have a business travel oversea which fly on 11.30 PM. I just managed to get the driver IC number & contact number. Once I back to Malaysia on 26 Nov, I straight away making police report 27 Nov. But the hitter never make a police report.

On final week of December where I go for a long holiday, I send my car to panel workshop in the hope waiting for the result case to claim the lorry insurance.

Here where I have made wrong decision when my insurance inform they advise to just proceed with the repair and later after result case received, the insurer will reimburse the remaining NCD amount. At that point of time, it is my only transportation for me to go to office to support my decision thus to proceed with the repair.

So now my new insurance Etiqa is requesting me to pay back the amount difference due to NCD is back to 0%. The guy is not responding at all when I called or Whatsapp.

Looking for your all advice. Can I report to the police again my justification the guy doesn’t response/hit & run etc. What else can I do since now left 10 days.

TLDR:
1. Accident hitted by lorry from behind
2. Lorry havent make police report yet
3. Proceed with repair
4. Repair complete. Letter come from insurance to reimburse within 14 days
5. Need advise what to do next - police report again? Call insurance to justify? Etc

IPTV using Maxis 4G Unlimited

Hi All,

I try to google around and ask the seller on the IPTV I subscribed on my issue. But no solution.
Due to this issue, I subscribed both to identify whether the other IPTV is problematic. But seems both having the same problem (MyIPTV6k, SyberTV).

I am not sure whether its FUP or not, I notice when my Maxis internet usage hit 200GB that months, those IPTV start having this issue.
But it is not FUP since for browsing, social media, netflix, you tube I can still achieve 40MB+ speed at my area.
Anybody know why?

4G Modem - Huawei B310As-852

So far I try
1. Insert my Maxis Broadband Sim Card to my another modem TP Link Modem M7200 MiFi - Problem still exist
2. Insert my Maxis Broadband Sim Card to my phone and tethering to Mi Box S - Still problem
3. Using LAN Cable from my modem to Mi Box S - Still problem
4. Using my phone tethering telco Celcom - No problem. Smooth.
5. Using my celcom Sim Card to Modem Huawei - No problem. Smooth
6. Using my celcom Sim Card to modem TP Link - Problem. Laggy stuck. Noticeable download speed very slow. Hmm sometimes connected to Mi Box S but mentioned no internet. (Hmm this will be separate discussion haha.

I am not that pro on setting in the modem huawei but from the after sales telegram group mentioned to change from IPV6 to IPV4. But no setting of such can be found on huawei setting. (from 192.168.X.X)

I did read in the telegram group as well to change the modem to TP Link Archer AX20 since stock modem provided by telco got some limitation. As for me now, not worth to buy it yet since I already insert my Maxis Sim Card into Huawei Modem, TP Link Mifi and even my mobile phone but problem still exist.

Is Maxis got FUP on specifically IPTV apps? Haha. I dont know

TLDR - IPTV using Maxis Broadband laggy after hit 200GB+ quota even unlimited package but no issue on browsing and netflix youtube. Using Celcom OK no prob.

If anybody had the same problem come join me. But if anybody got solution please help me.

Want to ask is that really if we late one month pay with aeon, they will put our name record in ccris or send report to bank to banned our name?
they said even late one month also effect name in bank record bcos aeon is "skim ansuran mudah" not "skim sewa beli" like bank.

I oso heard from my friend, they do like that because if people pay on time they got commission. Thats why some aeon customer service threaten people. Just for the sake of commision

halo all.im fresh grad and im received offer from a company.
the thing is.im not keen of that job and im currently waiting another offer. the company told me to report next week and sign the contract. can i delay the signing because im waiting or another offer? or better i am not reporting at all.im thinking maybe i just go reporting since im very long time jobless now and delay the contract signing.but im afraid they ask me to sign the contract sooner and then i cannot change to another company because the contract will bond me

hello /k/, im fresh grad jobhunting.
last week 15/7 i go interview at the company.after the interview the HR told me that she will call me later. she didnt specific abt the call evn didnt tell me few days or next weeks. the interview run very smooth, and i had confident that i got the job
tomorrow is a week from the date i interview.should i wait for another week to call or should i call tomorrow??

p/s: i afraid if i call tomorrow they scold me and told that they are still on processing like another company i call before.tell me im not patience

P/S: company advertisement - u go to the company building, u c there advertisement they are hiring ppl. its quite rare actually, but this do happened. im suprised bcos how they can get the recruitment tho if they just advert it there?

how do u get ur job? im just curios. i am fresh grad and still looking for a job. i solely depend on job portal and newspaper ads. but my frens most of them got their job already. but some of them dont use job portal at all.some family/friend recommend them.
