How do I check my personal bank, insurance, investment account that anything linked to bank negara

like how do I know if I have an inactive CIMB account and what kind of insurance I had?
Is there any government webpage/agent to go through this? or I have to visit Bank Negara for this?

KUALA LUMPUR: The Malaysian Censorship Board should be reined in for playing moral guardian over what movies can be screened here, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz said.

The Tourism and Culture Minister said he was informed that the board is considering banning the children's action movie Power Rangers just as the hue and cry ends over its attempt to make cuts in Disney's live-action film Beauty and the Beast.

"I am really depressed with what's happening with our censorship board.

"We never appointed the censorship board to be our moral guardian," he told reporters at a press conference held at the Parliament media room Tuesday.

He was asked to comment on the issue related to a minor scene in the movie, where Yellow Ranger Trini (Becky G) is coming to terms with her sexual orientation.

The scene shows one character assuming she's having "boyfriend problems," and soon realises that perhaps she's actually having "girlfriend problems".

Nazri said that rather than place a blanket ban on such movies, the censorship board could classify it as PG13, which would require parental guidance for those below 13.

"As parents, we are the ones in the best position to decide.

"Who is the censorship board to impose a blanket ban and to say it is not good for children," he added.

Nazri noted that the censorship board's action is more counter-productive as it would draw attention to the scenes in the movies.

He cited the controversy over the gay scene in Beauty and the Beast.

"I watched the scene and would not have known it.

"All I saw was a guy dancing in an effeminate way, lifting his shirt up to show a love bite, and I laughed it off," he said.

He added that the age of the Internet would also not stop Malaysians from viewing movies online.

"I appeal to the censorship board to reconsider its decision on the Power Rangers movie," he added.

He said the views expressed by the censorship board do not reflect those of Malaysia nor would it affect tourism, adding that tourists come to the country for its cultural diversity, food and sunshine.

So the story is like this.

I reach Penang airport at 9.15pm and park by the road side while waiting for my friend to touch down.( everyone does that)

while im waiting, i was pressing my phone browsing /k , insta and facebook to kill time while waiting in my car.

Then out of sudden a traffic police knock on the my window and ask me to drive forward by pointing his finger to the car in front of me, so i did what he ask.

Then he walk towards me again and the drama begin.

Police: You action??

Me: Asian?? Ya, I Asian.

Police: You action I ke?? ( he ask again furiously)

Me: har?? apa asian i? ( Seriously, I really don't understand what does action means until i asked my my friend this morning)

Police: I panggil you pandu depan kenapa you bagi muka yang tak puas untuk i?

Me: tak ada. I sangat letih.

Police: you action huh??? , I panggil you pandu depan you lagi main telephone.

Me: i tak main, i letak telephone dekat cushion dan pandu depan stop and tekan hand break only continue main handphone

Police: you action huh??? bagi IC and lesen.

I gave it to him, he took it , walk to his bike and took something , key in my detail to his phone , took a picture of my car and issue a fine ticket by printing with his portable printer.

He walked to my car window again

Police: sign sini.

Me: apa itu?

Police: saman.

Me: i tak salah. Kenapa i kena saman?

Police: you main handphone

Me: tak ada, i tak main. I tak akan terima saman ini

Police asked furiously again: you tak mau??

Me: Sorry, i tak salah, i tak akan terima

and he said Ok give back my IC and license then walk away and i was like WTF happen??

then i continue press my phone while waiting for my friend.

so my question is how can i push back the fine ticket which i didn't commit ? (use phone while driving)
there is no witness or video. the whole drama situation only between me and him.

Hi guys,

Planning to get a new working laptop to replace my current Heavy and bulky Dell.

Please refer the picture below for comparison.

Main purpose is for my Autocount accounting software, Lightroom , surfing, movie, Excel, emailing, stock trading.

I cant decide which 1 to choose.

All of them have 8gb ram and 256SSD and Intel 5500 Graphics

So far Dell is the cheapest and has IPS , 6th gen i7-6500U 2.5GHZ(SKYLAKE?) processor but weight at 1.66kg.

HP is the most sharp and sexy look and its only 1.4kg ( i7-5500u 2.4GHZ) .

Meanwhile Lenovo is the lightest among them 1.19kg!! But I got no idea what is Intel M5Y71-1.2GHZ core processor, Is it good?

if you have any suggestion please propose to me.

[Help] Chrome not loading Lowyat/Forum Icons

Hi everyone,

I'm not sure anyone encountered this but my chrome (even in Incognito with no extension) unable to receive any icon image. When I attempt to load the URL directly, i.e. https://forum.lowyat.net/style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif it'll give a ERR_SPDY_PROTOCOL_ERROR response

Below it's what I'm currently facing. Tried with IE, loads icon images fine.
