i told him that 2500-3000 should be i5 spec only .. All recommendations are welcome .. thx

Intel matrix storage Q

OK here de situation .. Previously back to long time ago .. when i set up raid 0 using my hdd , i have not included the intel matrix storage in the window 7 installation in my SSD

Now, when i boot up the bios , one HDD under the raid array appeared to be Error Occured . i had go thru alot of forum stated that the intel matrix storage will overcome this problem .. but the thing is how do i install this thing w/o having to install a brand new window in my SSD ..

hi all sifu my friend just bought a new i5 2500k today .. as a result of testing from bios , the proc itself ady

65 degree w/o doing anything since no HDD to test yet .. Brand new proc with intel hsf ..

Is this problem common or is just him?

4k Budget Rig

I am asking on behalf of my friend who wan to build a new rig recently.. MYR 4000 budget for a new rig excl monitor,keyboard,mouse n hdd..

According his special requested, proc shall be i7 2600k and gpu price ranging from 1-1.2k MYR which is in gtx570 or amd 6970. other is up to u guys suggestion.

Major usage for movie & dota only but he still insist on i7

Comparing this two SSD : OCZ 60G Vertex II E Series SSD & Corsair Force Series 60GB . Which one is better? Price is exactly the same

60gb in real world is only about 55gb right ? (source from some forum). What should i do to the setting of SSD after i installed a window inside? hmm

Should i cont to raid 0 my 2x samsung f3 or leave it them seperately? i cant see any superior performance from raid 0 than the normal hdd in my desktop

ps: is vertex 2 based on sata 2 ?

Recommend a CPU cooler

Well .. i just move all my hardware from the old haf922 to nzxt phantom .. Well my proc currently having an avg of 80 degree till maximum 100 degree since it just cooled by the stock fan n w/o any thermal paste

i know quite a few 1366 cooler in the market such as

1. h50 corsair water cooler
2. h70 corsair water cooler ( if getting 1 & 2 i have to remove my 2 * 20cm top nzxt fan and move to the side)
3. v6 gt cm
4. v8 cm
5. v10 cm

My case fits 180mm height cooler .. so option 3 4 5 will not be a problem for me too..

just wanna ask all the experience user or any sifu which product listed as above is a preference for u guys if u wan to get a cooler? .. i will consider other brand cooler if it has more pros than the cons budget is almost rm450 sth (150 aud)

Dont prefer custom build water cooler since i have 0 knowledge on them

p/s: my nzxt LXE sentry will be coming soon so i prefer the cooler u guys recommend can be controlled by it, thx Sorry for my poor english

Will his current proc ( core 2 duo e7500 ) and mobo (EP45 - UD3LR) bottleneck the 460?

[WTA] Wireless Adapter Problem

i just bought a D-Link DWA-556 Lan PCIE adapter few days ago ... at first when i insert it into the pcie slot , window 7 is able to detect the present of that adapter and i was able to use it but after i restart my pc , w7 was unable to detect it again ... Even i switch the adapter to other pcie slot , w7 is still unable to detect them ..

Any idea what's the reason? or it is a faulty product

as de picture shown above , y de performance of my RAID0 of 2 samsung 1TB spinpoint is slower than my 1Tb WD ?

ok here is my question ... i ady hv a WD 1TB Black Cavier in the desktop ..

so recently i am thinking of getting 1 unit of samsung 1TB F3 spinpoint .. can i raid it de previous WD with this new hdd actually?
if both of them can be raid .. does my existing data of WD will disappear ?

i hv 6gb ram in 64bit w7 .. but how come WEI + side gadget only show 4gb ram usable

i thought suppose 6gb ram usable in 64 bit ?

ok here how de case on going now .. my parents use to used a duo core pc with a 19" dell lcd and it works very fine .. recently i get a new rig but hvnt get a lcd yet , so i just unplug their cpu n put aside by using the lcd wiv my new rig .. Until today , i unplug my new cpu away n replace with de duo core cpu tat my parents used .. then problems came .. i am pretty sure i hv plug in everything including those lcd cable, keyboard, psu cable etc to the psu .. once i on de cpu , de LCD doesnt show anything on the screen .. i pretty sure de cpu doesnt go into window since i nvr heard any window login music ...

so any pro can help wiv dis problem ?

recently i went to a shop in lowyat to buy a power color 5850 .. when i install n assemble de gpu in my rig ... i notice 1 thing .. in de WEI n CPU-Z it still show my DX version is at 10 .. i did dl de catalyst from amd official website for 5800 series .. but it nvr works ? any kind out thr mind helping ? or i just download de wrong thing for my 5850 ..

using w7 64bit
