Best timing to get Samsung SII

Dear all,

I can see now SII price dropped to RM14xx now. Am interested to get one but wonder what would be the best timing to get? Should I buy now or wait after the SIII is released in MY in which the SII could be available in even much lower price?

What's your point of view? How much lower the price can be for SII? I'm aim at RM1k for it, do you think it is possible?

may i know any useful formula or website we can check our car's market value when we renew our insurance?
as we all know, if we buy more than we waste money, but if we buy less then we face bigger lose when we need to claim.

actually my case is even more complicated, my car is bought on near to year end -> oct 27, means 2 months after i renew the car is another 1 year older. so i really headache on the sum to insure for my car.

Do you know is Broga worth for investment?
currently it is still ulu whereas the surrounding full of oil palm or rubber trees.
the potential rental over there is the nottingham students where it is located about 5 - 6km to nottingham universiti.

Anyone familiar with this area can please advise how's the prospect for Broga?

just now received call from a malay girl who is TM staff, she threaten me to upgrade my streamyx from 512kbps to 1M. i told her i am satisfied with my current package, but then she said 512 will not be available anymore and if i don't take this offer (+RM20 per month), i will hv to visit to TM myself and then the monthly will be RM170. i insist NO, i don't wanna upgrade, then she hang up with rude tone, "tak apa lah, tak nak , tak nah".

what kind of shit service provided by TM. i can afford the extra RM20/month, but the question is will there be any diff on the speed??? i definitely doubt so!!!
some more she even emphasizes to me 512 line is lousy, keep on disconnecting, very slow. what the hell is this??? cursing on her own service....

Hi All,

Which car is more worthy to buy between New Altis D-VVTI and Sylphy?
From my research, Sylphy seems to have high chance of getting dashboard and steering noise. For a car over 100k, it will be really intolerable with this kind of noise.

But in price wise, Sylphy is much cheaper and can save about RM10k.

Can anyone pls enlighten me which one is better?

hi all,

i booked a house in kajang semenyih as below:

RM158,000
22 x 70 freehold
4 - 5km to Nottingham University

the agent said the expected rental will be rm900 and based on my calculation the monthly installment should be around RM750.
the tenants would be nottingham students from south afica.

i not so familiar with semenyih as it was introduced by a friend.
do you guys think the property has good prospect? how secure will be the rental?

Suddenly there is post call notification enabled for my hotlink prepaid which really annoying me very much. i search thru google but failed to obtain useful info to disable this stupid notification. leaving no choice i call the maxis support and being told to call another department. so i hv to ding dong there ding dong here

some more all the calls are not free, each call hv to listen to those rubbish intro like choosing language; ur call will be recorded bla bla bla

in the end i finally got the code to disable it ---> *140*0#

but first at all i never request such kind of service and it is really cumbersome to disable it. this makes me feel it is purely hotlink trick in cheating our money -> to make us to call their support and then charge us

if this kind of stupid thing ever happens again, i will definitely terminate this stupid maxis account

I am planning to buy a condo / house arnd Banday Sunway for investment. I aim the properties arnd Banday Sunway becuz there got many colleges /uni such as Monash Uni, The One Academy, INTI, etc, Taylor. So i believe the demand for the condo / house is consistent and it will be no issue to rent out the unit.

So far i only know the Condo Ridzuan. Any other nice house / condo for recommendation?

I am just a newbie and hope to get some advices from u expert here.

today i noticed lots of fleas on the wall - a very small red in colors one. as i am planning to hv baby soon, so i feel this causes very unhealthy environment.

is there any easy way to kill these small creatures?? i sprayed shieldtox but seems not so effective!!!

how to shoot the "light" picture

i tried with my new bought nikon d3000 kit to shoot the lamp post on night, but the result not so satisfied. i tried with all kinds of mode -> P, A, S, M, Auto, Night Portrait... etc, but then the output still look like one big yellow ball. it is very different to what my eyes see. i wanted to shoot the pic where i can see the details of the light shining out from the lamp.

can anyone pls enlighten me how to take this kind of photo? or is it becuz my kit lens not good enough to support this.

i always visit to kilinik wawasan and surgery in puchong jaya, they are very good and helpful vets - 3 chinese doctors over there. however my poodle's health condition seems no much improvement, so i am thinking to try out other vet.

this morning he's not eating again. last night he was coughing all the time, he just making sound like "ah heng, ah heng, ah heng" without opening the mouth, once a while he will cough loudly. we are so worry about him. now my wife brought him to klinik wawasan again and lodge him there for day time. i will fetch him back at night night when i off from my job.

please let me know if you know any good vet around the puchong area. thanks a lot in advance.

in the beginning, my poodle just coughing once a while, i did give him the cough medicine, but the problem seems getting worse now. i already sent him to vet today and let vet take care of him for a day. now his throat keep on making sound like "ah heng, ah heng, ah heng" unstoppable. tomorrow i will send him to vet again to look after him.

does anyone of you have the similar experience on this kind of cough??? he's still eating and drinking, but very tired and keep on sleeping after that.

my 2nd poodle caught parvovirus

this time is not related to the breeder, it is my own fault. i brought him back to my hometown during merdeka weekend. there we have many dogs and one was having diarrhea. i strongly believe he's infected by the sicked dog from my hometown. i found he was showing the parvovirus sign (diarrhoe, vomit, lethargy, less appetite) since last saturday. at that point of time, he's already with me for about 2 weeks where he was absolutely healthy and active before that. i decided to cure him on my own after consulting to the breeder.

i am using the following methods to cure him now:

1) give him the child diarrhea liquid that i bought from clinic
2) feed him only chicken breast and chicken liver (boil in water only)
3) feed him the child liquid medicine for fever
4) feed him yogurt
5) add glucolin in his water
6) antibiotic (unfortunately i not able to provide him this becuz no clinic or pharmacy willing to sell to me...)

so far i noticed he's showing the sign of recovering where he is eating and drinking little bit by himself. since yesterday, his diarrhea was well under-controlled in which he only diarrhea once per day. his stool is in pudding shape, sticky, dark and greenish color, sometimes yellowish.

hope my "Lucky" was able to make it this time....
