computer difficult to switch on

Ayam have one rent house that ayam rent to people in village. My problem is..:

1. Broken sewage pipe due to flood.

2. Blocked drain

Please see the attached photos n give me how to fix it DIY...as the tenant is complaining too much...ayam thinking to ask them to vacate the house....they should Cukor as the rent is just RM300.00 per month!

ayam also thinking to connect the concrete sewage pipe to poly pipe etc..is it plausible?

My cpu C2D sometimes show its temperature reaching 60 degree Celcius... and i am using win 8.1. How to make sure the heat sink properly tighten to ensure the contact? the push button of the heat sink is troublesome...

i bought this brand (SeNova blood glucose monitoring unit ) a year ago..seldom used it...but now i want to know where in Malaysia..to get its test strips? the previous dealer has ceased selling the strips..

Btw im also looking forward to get new,cheapest Blood monitoring unit and its strips too which is more cheaper..any suggestion? where can i trade-in my present monitoring unit?

HDD not showing its correct size

i have WDC 120GB with 3 partitions..BUT it shows only 111.0GB with 1 partition is gone...9GB is....so how am i going to get it back? thanks..
