Lost My Wallet During Countdown

I just lost my wallet during the countdown at 11.50pm when my coursemate say check pocket as got other someone say lost his wallet T.T
But it is my responsible because I lost it~
but i feel that got people like touch my pocket during the countdown crowded around lot10~
I wish that everyone be caution during the next year countdown~~
Be careful the pickpocket guys~

Is the Diploma in Interactive Software Technology in TARC nice?
Im keep confusing choosing between Information System Engineering and Interactive Software Technology~

Seem the IST is a new course...
look like is still unpopular
Im kinda worry about the course~

Should I maintain the course or change to ISE?

I need someone help me explain the difference between both T.T
Im really confusing~
because even i google to search about the IST course provided in TARC also dont have~
Im too worry about the future career =/

Im struggling in trying to find although I know it is very difficult~
currently I'm planning to study Interactive Software Technology or Informative System Engineering course in TARC.
Im trying to get scholarship for minimize the home economic and collect $ for overseas or else have to choose the loan of PTPTN.

If heard, please tell.
