LAND TITLE

My bro & I bought an intermediate double storey terrace house in 2004. What we understood is that the land title transfer will be done within 3-4 years. Unfortunately, our house until now still got no so called Land Titile. It's because the developer had run away. Not really sure why, there's a gossip that they are having financial difficulties.

Hope you guys can share or advise what should I do or who is the right person/channel should I bring this matter to.

Guys, understood that GST will be in place starting January 2010.
Fuel price gonna be up & down base on international market value from time to time. Just wondering....where we can check the said international market value?? And how the figures calculated?? Anybody can share here?

Better to know since we are directly involved in this GST.

BABY MONITOR

Hi all,

I'm thinking of to have a set of baby monitor. However, suddenly something come accross my mind, "is Baby Monitor friendly to my baby?" Understood that some electrical item such as tv & handphone are not friendly to a baby, how about baby monitor? Anybody can share some knowledge about it?
