            <title>Roof leaking Help&amp;#33;</title>

            <description>Due to recent downpour raining cats and dogs my roof start to leaking all over. Each room has got leaking including the concrete slab.&lt;br /&gt;Some of the new plaster ceiling already got holes and its very worrying.&lt;br /&gt;Can anyone recommend a good roof repair specialist?&lt;br /&gt;How much is it to change the roof for 20 X 70 double storey. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thanks&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33;&amp;#33; &lt;br /&gt;</description>

            <title>RV Wood Merbau Flooring</title>

            <description>I signed up a package at Perfect Livin last April and paid depost for the RV Wood Flooring of RM500.&lt;br /&gt;Also locked the price for the real solid wood flooring at very competitive price that you cannot get now.&lt;br /&gt;As my reno is already over my budget, I have to let go wood flooring and opt for tiles instead which is&lt;br /&gt;not a huge difference but I still save a bit &amp;#036;&amp;#036;&amp;#036;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;#39;d like to sell/ transfer my deposit.             <title>MPPJ Approval</title>

            <description>Hi.. Can anyone guide me on this?&lt;br /&gt;I just got the key for an old house in PJ, but subsale la.. &lt;br /&gt;Now I want to renovate the balcony extend abit, instead of sliding door I &lt;br /&gt;also want to make it as window, also same with front porch small renovation&lt;br /&gt;to beautify and modernize it.. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Small renovation only, do I need to apply for Approval with MPPJ?&lt;br /&gt;Anyone know how much time needed for Approval?&lt;br /&gt;What are the fees incurred?&lt;br /&gt;I must ask civil engineer to draw up the plan or I dont need to?&lt;br /&gt;How to apply for Approval?
