Roof Leaking Problem

Hi all,

I have been staying in a renovated sub-sale double story house for about 2 years, about 6 months ago I am constantly suffering on rain leaking through roof whenever there is downpour, and I afraid that my plaster ceiling might collapse someday.

The roof was newly extended and laid about 28 months ago by an unethical and unprofessional contractor (feel that I was conned for this roof), the most probable root cause for the leakage is due to the extremely low roof pitch (approximately 5-10%), and there is no underlayment below the roof tiles.

I'm so unfortunate that only come into this factor until I experience this problem and study about it, anyone knows someone who are good in this area to solve the problem? I know there is option like applying PU material to seal all gaps, but this is not gonna be long term.

Language bar disappeared in Win7

I am currently using Windows 7 ultimate 7600 x86. I have a problem that language bar disappear from my taskbar, and causing me to be unable to type chinese.

This problem was encountered since 2days ago. I'm not sure what happen, and it is just not appeared even if I have turned it on in Control Panel.

This is the problem, as you can see "language bar" is not there in toolbar.

even if i have chosen the right option in Control panel.

This is the Language input setting.

language bar does not appear in taskbar in desktop but it appears in the blue screen when you type "Ctrl + Alt + Del".

any solution?
