Microsoft Word and Excel not opening

Suddenly my Microsoft Word and Excel not working, double clicked it and there's this very fast pop up thing came out, saying about safe mode or something, i tried opening them in safe mode still nothing happens, anyone has any idea what is the issue here ? Power Point is working fine though.

Any help would be greatly appreciated !

Hi ,

Can anyone help or let me know what is this problem? Most of my games have this issue where there are black boxes flickering.

I have updated my graphic card driver to the latest and still this happens.

Why can't I download NVIDIA Drivers?

I have been trying to download the latest driver for my card GEFORCE GTX760 but in geforce website or geforce experience , can't seem to even download it. In webpage it just goes to an error page and in Geforce experience it just says can't connect to NVIDIA.

Anyone know what is the problem here , or anyone experience the same issue?

Hi, recently my laptop was not connecting to the internet , so i brought my laptop to this laptop repair shop , they got it fixed by telling me it was a software problem so they fixed it eventually and my laptop was able to connect to the wifi, but days later as i wanted to use it this error occurs.

It says no bootable device is found and when i went to the boot menu and check by pressing f2 on my laptop, theres no model name or anything for my hdd, so i am curious if my harddisk is dead?

Any help would be appreciated on how do i fix this, below is some snaps i took bout the issue, i will call up the people that fixed my laptop the other day to ask but any help now would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Video stops on 2nd monitor when league is running?

Recently I have encountered this issue of videos / songs on browser lagging to the point of freezing when league of legends ( game ) is running in the other monitor.Other games seems to not have this particular issue.Not sure what caused this , would be great if anyone have any solutions for this problem.

'' D drive'' disappear

Hi ,

I have this problem recently where my D drive will disappear after installing things into it. I tried googling and found out about going to computer management to turn it back online but that did not really help.

I will have to always restart the pc for it to reappear back in My Computer.

Anyone experienced this before ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Weird software appearing in my pc

Recently i have had these weird chinese softwares installing themselves on my pc , my sister did download some chinese software back them when she was trying to download a song , after uninstalling it these weird softwares started appearing after countless times of uninstalling , they still come back . i'm pretty sure is some kind of virus or something , anyway to get rid of them from the root ?

Operating system become 32 bit ?

My laptop operating system become 32 bit after sent to repair , was sent in for keyboard changing and harddisck

Now came home checked why laptop suddenly become slower , 8gb ram not in used anymore,

only 2.3 gb usable , then i saw the 32 bit.

Is it something that can be solved by myself or i have to go back to the repair place ??

This morning suddenly when i on my acer 5750g laptop , everything just got back to the same like first time i on the laptop , became so clean and settings all back to default , but luckily my important files are still here.

but still everytime i restart the laptop auto reset back to this settings , everything clean again , can someone please help me ? this is really serious as i need to use the laptop to work.
