compaq v3754tu Bios error

i got 1 unit compaq v3754tu,but it gv an error before boot.The error is "System Configuration Write Error" then "press F1 to resume".before this can resume using F1,but now stuck there.nothing happen when press F1.i try to google this model using phoenix bios version F.2E.any help to resolve this much appreciate.
