Computer unable to boot

at first my fren's PC after few months buying it, "unable to detect OS". tat time still under warranty. so we claim warranty. but this prob happnd twice.2nd time happend 4-5 months after the first warranty claim. after tat, evrything goes normally until recently, it wont start at all. casing got light, mobo lights, CPU fan on, GC fan on, HDD not sure on or not. but nothing on display.

computer age: 2years + nearly 3years
spec: AMD athlon x2
GC: ati HD4650
PSU: the one tat comes wif the cheap casing. 350watt i guess.
on evryday 10-13 hours

is it power supply prob?not enuf power?
btw the HDD prob, is it possible tat it spoilt bcos overheat?

need advice, PC upgrade

I'm thinking on upgrading my computer, budget 2K. can I get an i5 n better graphic wif this? worried the power supply cannot support or better top up budget some more?

unable to boot, run recovery disc or format

Need some help guys.my laptop suddenly cannot start.only the never ending win7 loading screen.i tried using the erecovery disc but it will stuck at 'please wait screen'. Wen I try to format, it stuck at 'setup is starting' screen.basicly it will stuck at loading screen.never ending loading.hdd light is blinking stating that it is busy loading something but nothing happens.leave it overnight n still the same screen

unable to format & boot windows

i have prob booting my windows...
sudnly thres a "a disc read error occurred" pres "ctrl+alt+del to restart"
I've tried to format but on the create partition page, theres no HDD detected.I've tried using other windows CD but still the same.
howevr on the BIOS boot menu, my HDD dtcted. is it my HDD failure? my other PC also has this prob so both has the same prob...pls help..
