i wonder....

Situation:-
Park my ride in the neighborhood and my car's backseat side window was broken by stones projected by grass cutter. Well, i am just speculating as i see cut grass all over my car.

What happens next?
FB msg MBPJ and they asked me to file a police report and bring along necessary docs to MBPJ tower to sort this out.

I know there is such connector where you can play PS,Wii (whatever console you can think of), allowing you to connect the console to a monitor screen ? What is that thing call? Where can i get it ? roughly how much is that thingy?
