I'm planning to purchase my third property soon for my own stay. Wanted to check, based on my situation mentioned below, is it possible to get any refinancing for the first property? The purpose of refinancing the first property is to release the cash locked in this apartment to be used to fund the third property renovation. I'm forced to fully settle the loan by bank (sort of). Worst case scenario would be disposing the first property.

1) Apartment in Selangor (about RM 400,000, mortgage loan fully settled)
2) Condominium in KL (still under construction, 90% margin of finance)
3) Landed property in NS (assume that I got 90% margin of finance)

Hi there, as I'm fairly new in the property. I would like to know what is the main difference between

1) Serviced Apartment
2) Condominium

Heard there are some difference between

1) Title of land
2) Water charges
3) Electrical charges
4) Assessment
5) Quit rent
6) Maintenance charges

How drastic are these differences between both? Would like to know in depth.

Company expenses as staff's income?

Hi everyone!

I have a small issue here. I'm having a sales job. My income SHOULD consists of four parts.

1) Basic salary
2) Allowance
3) Incentives
4) Claims

My company has been paying my "claims (part 4)" combined with my "incentive (part 3)" for which it increases my taxable income a lot as 1-2k "claims" a month is not unusual for those who work in medical sales. That resulted in 15-20k more taxable income of my side, which is not my income at the first place. Those are company's expenses that I paid on behalf of them as my company do not provide me with any advance to pay off those company expenses. My PCB is killing me and I'm paying unnecessary tax due to this practice.

I wonder:
1) Is this against any law to practice this way by giving out "claims" as staff's income?
2) What can I do to prevent myself being taxed so heavily again?

A little side note, my HR refused to split "claims" and "incentive" after few rounds of discussion.

My company is actually looking for speakers which can produce high frequency tone for hearing test. Those speakers are requested by hospitals. Any idea where can I get such speakers in KL? We need speakers that can produce up to 20k+ Hz tones.
