Phone repair shop to be avoid

Dear all,

I was in lowyat this WE when I stop to discuss with guys on "Mobile Farmacy" shop at level 2 on the left of escalator.
I have a bad scratch on the back of my Nokia N8, so I ask how much to change the casing, RM140 vs >RM350 for offical Nokia set, so I say yes.

But finally the new casing cann't really fit with phone, difficulty to modify sound level, camera, etc ... impossible to switch off the phone, not good.
But these guys, since they don't know N8, have broken my FM transmitter option, the main capabilities of the N8 that I use each day for many hours in my car.

After I have ask to reput my casing, the option still not working and the casing got more scratch !!!!!!!

And the guy say, can't give back your money, the casing already purchase. After few minutes discussion, finally he give me RM50.

But, dam, RM90 for additional scratch on my phone, minus FM transmitter and 3 hours lost.
And the guy to add " Sorry but we don't know this option of FM transmitter, perharps this function not working before !!!"

So, guys please avoid this no-commercial and no-technical guys !!!!
