Upgrading Maxis Fiber

Hello there, would like to know if anyone has experiences as i did ..
I previously using Maxis Fiber 100mbs and upgraded to 300mbs ..
After upgrade when i speed-test it only 100mbs ..
but when i check on my account it already upgrade to 300mbs

When i apply the maxis agent told me that my area , router and modem can support 300mbs , so i apply for it..
try to call Maxis they say will check for it and get back to me again ..
So do i need to some setting on the router ?
I am using the Latest Router give by Maxis ..

Anyone know what problem is it ?

Bad experiences from Astro

I apply astro for my parent in hometown so they can entertain themselves with some news and drama . So until one day my parent complaint nothing to watch in astro so i decided to cancel and get a tvbox for them . So yesterday i go to cancel the astro and they told me need 1 month notification upon termination. So that fine so i accept it but the next day my parent told astro cannot use as no signal . So i call customer service they told me i agreed to termination .. then i ask them .. if u can can terminate so fast then why still need me to give 1 month notification for u . For you to charge me another 1 month fees ?!!
They just simply say they will look into this matter and will get back to me . Wait .. wait .. wait .. until when ler..lol...
So is anyone experiences as i did ? Do advise me .. if not worse to worse i had no choice but to let them charge for another month .. as what i not happy and disappointed is the way they say A then tomorrow say B ...
