HI there, i'm planning to build a rig for my little bro to play PC game, need the sifu here to recommend me a motherbaord and GC

i'm planing to build a budget 1 cuz very poor now...

Planning to use the cheapest Core 2 Duo E7200 and value ram DDR2 800 2gb x2,

1) pls recommend motherboard and GC(256mb)
2) do i need to buy PSU to support my GC or the PSU come with casing (450w i think) can support

my little bro said want to play far cry 2, is it posible with a budget rig?
