Internet packet loss

The current router i'm using now is netgear dg834G , i'm having severe packet loss about 82.5% which causes me cant play League of Legends but others all fine. I'm staying in 1st floor and my friend ( same ISP ) at 3rd floor which using asus ( dont know what model but quite old) , his packet loss is 2 % only, i can play game in his room but not mine. i noticed the difference between purs is my router that set security type in WEP no need change IPV4 but his with WEP has to set IPV4. others all same. What is the cause of my problem now? is it router setting? or my router sux? but his asus router is more older!

hei guys, i juz bought a second hand psp 2006 wif cfw 5.00 m33-3 , i wish to upgrade to latest cfw, can any 1 teach me how to do tat n whr to find the latest cfw folder.
