Speeding summon, need to appear on court?

Was speeding at about 100-110 kmh (speed limit 90km/h iinm), then kena a road block on highway, i was too damn tired and din notice there was a speed trap, lazy to negotiate further as i'm very tired after being stuck in federal highway jam earlier due to road resurfacing, i asked the officer to just issue summon, didn't heard nicely and when received, saw that i need to appear on court on 19/10/2017, but reading further it mentioned "if offence is compoundable, you are advised to have the offence compounded at any PDRM summon payment outlet before 19/09/2017".

Now i'm confused, so even if i pay the compound by 19/09/2017 as stated on the summon, do i still have to appear court on 19/10/2017 too?

Can ICE cause car's alternator to malfunction?

Some story of how things happened.

My mom's car has been running this ICE thingy for about 10 years, before passing the car to me in 2010, the car started to have issue on not able to start up and need to jump start the battery in order to start, upon checking by the workshop people, it was the alternator that is malfunctioned, problem then solved after replacing with a new one.

Once i got the car and driving from 2010-2013, the alternator is having issue again and replacing a new one solve the issue as well, and right now at the moment i'm facing this issue also.

The car is a Proton Wira 1.5 if its a concern.

The setup is 2 amp, 2 small sub (10-12" i think), 4 speakers, 2 tweeters. (i not sure how to explain the proper map structure for the setup as i do not have knowledge on how ICE work, my mom is clueless too.)

So few days ago people are complaining about...
