Dear Sifu and Guru out here,

Have anyone successfully appeal to the custom to waived penalties charges on late payment for GST before?

Please share your valuable thoughts here.

My personal experience is custom officers will instruct to write a formal appeal letter for them to considerate, and meanwhile pay the arrears which include the penalty sum 1st and foremost and upon a successful appeal, the department will refund you. Sad to say, this is like saying no but you may try.

Please feel free to advise.

I am new to the car industry as a sales consultant, is it normal for all sales consultant that participate in a roadshow to poll money to pay for the event?

And if the event is fruitful, successful sales consultant will be able to retrieve the cost together with incentives?

I have a friend who is looking forward to buy a house of RM350k.

He is suppose to pay a booking fee of RM5k, at which if he fail to get a bank loan, certain amount of the fee will not be returned.

Question:

A friend told me that its a Multi-Level-Marketing sort of thing.

The product:

No matter how many stars and what country as long as it is participating.

The term:
A new member is required to recruit 2 members. And it goes on.
When you have 3 stack under you, you receive rm2000 per month.

And theres the next stage, same thing, but its 10,000 per month....it goes over and over.

the fact here:
1. victim experience insects coming out of any its body, sudden bleed on any part of body
2. usually victim dies from insanity (committing suicide etc.,) chronic psychological disturbance, unable to focus,
3. worst, it is believe that the victim may affect its loved ones tragically.
