Details of the complaint :

He PMed me that he had a unit in his possession. He is based in Penang. We both agreed on the price of RM700 and he would post the item to me in KL.

Update:

He has refunded me the full amount. I've also removed all personal info of the seller.
In my opinion, this matter occurred due to the way he conducts his business; lack of updates/communication and lack of empathy towards the buyer.
Unless you have insurmountable patience, COD would be a more recommended method when dealing with seller.
In any case, I consider this case closed.
