New rig setup issue

Hi all sifoos here

I just upgraded my mobo, cpu and ram. also new SSD. Old PSU and GPU. below are my system:

CPU Ryzen 5 3600
Mobo Asrock B550m Pro4
GPU Powercolor R9 380
RAM XPG D60G 2x8GB kit
PSU Enermax Liberty 500 Dxx
SSD Crucial Bx500
HDD Seagate 1TB

so the issue now is when i tried to fresh install windows 10 on my new SSD using USB (prepared from the media creation tools), the best that i can go is on windows initial logo and after that my comp resetting. cant even get to the standard installation blue background screen

tried 3 different usb, same issue. tried changing storage policy from UEFI only to Legacy only, same2.

Took out my old HDD that have Windows 10 in it (was using it on fx8350 previously) and connect it to new system, the system up and running perfectly (except the fact that the HDD are either about to kaput, or infested with malware so its super lag, but hey its running almost perfectly).

disconnect my hdd, all issue back to square 1. Giving up fresh install, connect back my HDD and clone it to my SSD.

now this is where the weird things begin after cloning (at least for me).
1. The SSD up and running whenever it want! sometimes startup went through perfectly and able to go into windows. sometimes cant event get to POST!
2. my casing dont have speaker but mobo has this diode flashing some kind of code if there any h/w issue, in my case, the diode didnt show anything.
3. whenever i have bootable media (USB like the above earlier, or DVDRom) installed, it wont load my bios.

TL:DR -
A. New system unable to fresh install windows 10 to new SSD
B. PC resetting when load usb
C. Clone HDD to SSD. The SSD sometimes working fine, sometimes cannot load BIOS
D. After cloning, Whenever have portable bootable device (USB/DVDROM), cannot load BIOS

Appreciate if you can help me sove this.

Dear All,

im in the process of buying a condo and already paid the earnest deposit for booking.

the prob is that my loan yet to be approved, i applied the loan 2 months ago and until now, its pending approval from the bank HQ.
the issues is that the vendor have debt with the JMB (maintenance fee), and the bank officer need to seek legal advice from their legal department.

In relation to the issue, my lawyer told me that we can't make the deal if the vendor didn't settle out the debt as the JMB wont release the consent letter for ownership transfer.

As per discussion with the vendor, they only want to settle out the debt after they received the money from the bank.

So now, im quite lost in the process.

When will the bank pay the vendor actually? do they also need the vendor to settle out the debt before approving my loan?
Cant the JMB produce the consent letter with some term/condition/clause about the current vendor debt?
Do i have any other option other than "buyer pay the debt, seller lower the selling price"??

If anyone can enlighten me the exact process how to settle the issue, im very grateful to hear your opinion.

im thinking of upgrading my cpu unit...but not all, onli proc, ram and mobo since i got enough hdd, optical drive and psu.
aiming for quadcore, but if dual core is enough then ok. my budget is around 1k. can u all recommend me a good rig for a heavy pcgamer like me..?
if can include gpu in that 1k, it would be nice since im using nvdia7600gt rite now, got to change sooner...

Kancil 660 aircond prob

hi there...

my car kancil got a weird prob....it just started few weeks ago, all of it and eventually at the same time, i think...

i use to go for work early in the morning, around 630 am. its originally cold so i didnt turn my ac on. but when i turn on, it blow off white smoke, like hell!! but it went of gradiently. however, its not happening in the moring only. the problem persist whenever i turn on my ac IF i didnt turn it for a while when driving (engine on). the longer i turn my ac off, the thicker and longer the smoke come out when i on it (while engine on). BUT it wont happen if i turn on ac directly after start my engine. thats number 1 prob

second prob happen when i drive more than 45minute ~ 1h continuously. My ac blow very very very slow, but yet i still can feel the air from ac is quite cold like normal. It just tooo slow, cant feel the breeze. so when this situation occur after several minutes, the smoke will came out back but this time, it wont go off. it will stay blowing out the white smoke continuously, non stop.

Third problem, THERE IS ICE UNDER MY DASHBORD STORAGE, ABOVE FRONT PASSENGER LEG POSITION ( errr i dont know what is the name act. It is the place where we can put our props, leftside dashboard where we can open and closed it). DAMN!!!!

General problem

-my temperature gauge now always point at left end in early morning, night or in the rain. In the afternoon, lil bit increase. if stuck in jam at MRR2 at 9am, then there a lil bit increase, showing at around <10% from the full bar! SO COLD MY ENGINE!!

-before the prob occuer, i use some sort of twist controller for my ac. the controller have OFF, ECO, A/C. usually when i turn the fan but set controller at OFF, there only normal feel wind blowing, ECO will add some coldness, A/C will surely cause me shivering. but now, the twist control has no effect, whether it is OFF,ECO or A/c, it always make me cold, but only before the 2nd problem happened.

-some water droplet fell off onto front passenger legs. is it the condensate water ? are this droplet eventually are causing the ICY situation under my dashboard?

-there is also some water droplet outside my car, in line with front tyre.

-my water tank is full, yet my radiator is always lack of water. always need to topup after 2 days or less if travel a lot...

so sifus.....plz help me~ thank in advance~

it ia from the security log from sygate firewall..
when it happen? almost a week.. few days oledi..
when it start? after someone scanning my com port... i cant remember the port..
n rite now, after checking netstat, i had a connection tht already established with that same person that scan my port...
in the netstat it state XXX.X.XX.XXX:3792 <----what does this port do actually?
taht person scan me 3 times, and the third time sygate blocked the traffic wwith that ip.

rite now problem i face is

i cant connect to my campus mirc n dc++
if i can connect with dc++, my speed is decreasing in time, <1mb speed even have 10segments!!!
my ym n gtalk also keep on dc-ing..
if anyone can help me please...

kancil loosing power

hi there...

im driving a kancil, 660cc i believe with manual transmission. but forgot oledi what year it is, and aniway it is an old type one.

the problem is my kancil start loosing power. i bet u, i can drive at gear 4 while cruising for total smoothness of driving rather than using gear 5. when im change to gear 5, i feel like i change my gear to early the car will vibrate like an early shift.
*unless if im driving in highway hundreds of km to travel, well then i change to gear 5..
when im driving uphill, with around 20-30 degree, i need to change to gear 1....and need to revv up to make sure the car move up.

then another thing what i realize is that, from KL to Ipoh which is ~200km, my fc is around 40~50 ringgit
thats equal to 20cent per km. so when do another calculation, my fuel consumption is around 13.5km per liter.
does it a good fc? or too good? or actually quite high?

so can anyone give me some opinion regarding the loosing power...sometimes when im driving behind the lorry, im not confidence enough to over take the lorry...

well, frankly i like to have a budget psu, with 550 watt that cost me below than 200..

24 pin and true power is requirement for me, other than that such as modular n so on is only an advantage(s)..

like my topic, my pc hang at windows loading screen.
the blue box move from left to right didnt even manage to complete one round of movement ant start hanging when it reach at the right end.

then i try to star windows by using safe mode. but it doesnt sound safe anymore. windows hang also while loading2 word came out.

huuuu...

this is what i did before this things happen.

-i had a bad sector, HDD start to make noise, windows hang
-restart after hang, while not hang yet set a scandisk.
-restart back, scandisk, bad sector been clean up. windows start then i start defragment my C.
-i tough after scandisk everything fine, but no. while defrag, windows hang, so i restart my com
-after that blue screen befere loading screen
-tepuk dahi
-luckily got extra hdd, just came back from rma.
-format the new hdd, finished format, scandisk the old HDD, defrag also.
-after all settle up, set old hdd as primary.
-cannot also, old symptom (blue screen before loading)
-then i try to repair my windows at old HDD...after all the blue background thing finished, it restart my com.
-after restart, the 'hanging' thing at the loading screen happen.

i have no idea how to repair my windows at my old HDD back..i dont want to use new HDD since i didnt have lot of driver rite now while my old HDD are full with programs.

it is brand new item and still undergo its warranty.

the question is, how can i chech the warranty online and if it is really under warranty,

it doesnt appear in the chatbox. it same when others try to chat with me, i cant see what they type.

and one time, i cant remmber what button i push, i connect me to the internet. n before it finish loading i cancel it out, so donno where did it go..

okey here what happen

today... i heard something bad sound from my hdd....
the sound like it stop running, and of coz when the sound appear, my com will hang a moment then run back and sometimes never run again keep on hanging.

then i off my pc, unplug my hdd then plug it back, sometimes okey n sometimes not. forget about the okey part....when it not ok, after boot up it will appear some notice sounds like this, cant really remmber it

"bootable disk not found, insert disk and press enter"

then i off unplug n pug it back..go to the bios n i realize that my com doesnt detect my hdd
then i try restart it back, when it detect, the windows doesnt loading and just a black screen appear (no windows logo with blue loading)...for a long time, and i really meant it, very longgg time to wait untilllll.......the screen show some notice that c/windows/system ( i thinkkk~ forgot oledi, remmber about "system" word only) cannot be found and it ask me to repair my windows.

then i restart it with windows cd, try to repair...and wallllaaaa~ i cant repair it, because no previous windows detected.

By using repair console usually will appear c>/windows rite? it not happening. it jus C>/ only! i type C>/chkdsk to run checkdisk, after finis checking restat my com and the "black sreen" appear back. keep on waiting and then appear something, BUT instead of the notice other thing appear and it is the white loading accros my monitor, just like and old windows system loading. after the "white loading" finish then just my windows logo with blue loading appear.

it take me about 10minutes just to boot up my om...

can anyone help me?

the situation is like tis..i just change my mobo (a8n sli to a8n sli premium)...
everything load just fine...booting is fine then appear the log in wndws..
when im entering my pass..but the blue screen appear after i press enter.

my com didnt restart..it just stay at the blue screen.
i know this is because of the mobo changing...because i've face it before...
BUT before, i just reformat it... but today i cant reformat.....too many data in the HDD..
all my projcts~

is there anyway to install my new mobo driver rather than reformat..?

all the fan are working...the mobo also got led light
i have change back the ram it still wont run
unplug all the accesories and left the hardward but still wont boot up...

well, im kinda noob in technical things~
my mobo is gigabyte k8 triton.

i discover this problem when testing my headphone by using sound manager. when i play the 3d audio demo, i heard the sound at my left side of headphone while it should be came out from the right side.

i've had check my connection, it is fully connected. then i thought that i wear my headphone the wrong side, but sad to say that i wear it the right side.]

what should i do then? help me plz~
