Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit

Hello all, I used to use batteries to charge up the wireless xbox controllers, then I went and got myself the Xbox 360 Play & Charge Kit(black), but the battery went dead when I stopped playing for about 6months, so I just used the cable to play and now after 2 years the cable is no longer functioning. I asked this shopkeeper and he told me that it wasn't an original and he said that if it was original then it wouldnt have died. I just wanna know whether if that is true and how do I differentiate the difference between the fake and the original? Second, if that is not true is it better if I were to just get a rechargeable battery(got any reccomendations, I need to know the price comparison and etc). Thank you all in advance

blackberry tour 9630(verizon wireless)

Hello people, Im new here so bear with me. I bought a bb9630 tour(verizon) bout a year ago, nov09 I think. At first I used maxis then I switched to digi smartplan which was rm58permonth now its 68. few days back my bb jammed(it rebboted in a sudden) and this usually happens and I wont be able to register HRT for a couple of days(2max). But now its been on for 5days, I cant register and when I call digi helpline to send me the service books it usually works, but for some reason it doesnt work this time. I called like 5-6 times adey, and once the guy said it's coz my phone is locked. Is that possible? And I changed my apn from emgsm.vzw3g.com to blackberry.net but when it jams and reboots the hrt registers back under emgsm.vzw3g.com even the service books are registered under that(this changes eventually to blackberry.net after a few days). But this time I deleted the service books with the emgsm.vzw3g.com coz I thought it would help register to blackberry.net faster, I've tried it before and nothing went wrong, the service books registered in HRT blackberry.net. But this time it cant register and when I check my hrt it goes like this

the only time I get a 3G and EDGE is when I reboot and it doesnt last long maybe 3-4minutes and during that time I cant go online,bbm, its like data is not entering.

so my question is can a phone be locked again after being unlocked, coz I've used it for a year now with no problems except for the ocassional jam every now and then but not this bad.
