can't access certain website

hi guys, my issue here why cannot access this website only

details
website: www.bankcomm.com
os=window xp
modem=huawei usb
isp=maxis
connection=usb modem
browser=IE8
error: the page cannot be displayed

details: my computer at home can browse internet except website i mentioned above. at the office i can access the website no problem at all.
i do not have other computer to test at my home only have 1 pc. connection at office using streamyx

when i ping the websites

setup an email account

i'm using Outlook Express 6,Windows XP, i want to setup an email account e.g username@bluehyppo.com to my computer

i had followed the on screen step by step configuration, only

i do not know the setting the POP3 and SMTP server?

my question is what are the setting for this POP3 and SMTP and since this account is free

with 5MB capacity, i try to search the information from www.bluehyppo.com however unable to get results

I also try to guess the POP3 server = pop.bluehyppo.com and SMTP=smtp.bluehyppo.com but failed too.

error message = the server is not responding , option: wait or cancel

if wait after 60 sec same error message, suspect the POP3 and SMTP incorrect.

but i can check the email through the portal bluehyppo.com

any ideas

hi there, the reason joining this forum to get an opinions from out there who might /or experience the same issue
i registered with 3g services from one of the ISP and they provide me with this 3G modem
there is 1 folder under the ISPname when i scanned with avg its detected with "trojan horse generic14.BUEO"
and can't be deleted or removed since it's an optical drive..
so i submitted the sample to avglab for further analysis...

my question is, how can i delete this folder
whenever i use the internet using this usb modem is it will harm my computer..
is this special program was written to capture user information

details of the files disclosed for security reason.

if you guys out there have and answer or opinion , i'm welcoming the thoughts
