Feng Shui Issue (pls advice)

hello sifus, need some advice/opinions on this.

Here's the story:

Recently upgraded to 3 phase for a DSL house. TNB came and did site survey and proposed to add tnb pole in front of my house (my side). TNB pole as per pic attached below. unfortunately, the location of this pole is facing my opposite neighbor's front gate, not right in the centre but off centre. my neighbor complained and asked if i could move the pole. the thing is this is under tnb's jurisdiction and not mine. i just applied to upgrade to 3 phase and this is what tnb had approved and suggested.

1. what should i do ? should i care?
2. does he have a right to complain?
3. whose fault is it ?

Visited this place after hearing that the main chef from Oribe had come out to start a restaurant of his own. Let me qualify that I am a big fan of Oribe. I ordered the “Omakase” menu at Sushi Ori and this is my brief review of my experience dining here (I’m benchmarking my experience with the one I had at Oribe).

1. Location is worse than Oribe; although both have free parking.
2. Décor so so. Oribe seemed like it had a better vibe.
3. Omakase price at Ori (RM512 excluding 6% tax) is a tad higher than Oribe.
4. Sashimi dish was very small and limited; serving was 5 pieces of sushi! much less in terms of variety and pieces vs Oribe. This is was a shocker to me so called Omakase. Not worth the money paid.
5. Was served a meatball dish, nothing spectacular and looked cheap (mind u this was a Omakase Set).
6. Grilled dish – was just a piece of grilled cod fish. What the?! I think I got omakased.
7. Service was subpar (some staff members were not trained properly) as we sat in the private rooms.
8. Dessert was below average. Not nice and I didn’t even want to finish it.
9. Finally, at the end of the session, both of us did not find the meal to be filling. Recalled that at Oribe we were so so full.

In summary, not recommended.

Hi Guys, I’m in the process of gathering information on the bikes in consideration below and if anyone has any experience with these two brands, it would be most helpful on supporting my decision.
Bikes in consideration:
1. Triumph Street Triple RS (2018) - Love: engine sound, ride quality; Hate: the look of the front lights
2. Ducati Monster 821 or possibly 1200s – Love: the looks, engine sound; Hate: reliability

PS: I’m not considering the MT09 or Z900.

Questions:

1. How is the service cost and quality of service provided by these brands? Which brand has the better after sales service and customer service?
2. Maintenance cost – how does the two brands compare?
3. Reliability – are there any reliability issues for the Triumph Street Triple model? Understand Ducati’s are quite famous for problems? Any experiences to share?

Usage: Recreational (weekend use), occasional track day

WTA: Gas Cylinder in Service apt/Condo

Hi, understand that most new service apartment don't allow "gas cylinder (LNG)" for the kitchen. Is that true and a fair rule? Does this also apply for Condos ? i totally understand if its not allowed if the developer provides pipped gas outlet in all units. However, the developer didn't provide any pipe gas outlet. So now forced to use electric induction stove instead which can be costly due to high electricity requirements.

APPCRASH error for Battlefield 3 - solution needed

dear members, someone please help me out here. i cant seem to play the game since i bought it when it came out!!!

im getting the appcrash error everytime i run the game both campaign and multiplayer.

i dont know what is the problem... i have updated to the latest drivers also 11.10 ones for my ASUS 5850 card.

could it be the gamer OSD software from ASUS thats causing the crash ?

can anyone recommend me a fix please
