In advertisement it was said price from RM288k for 1,000sqft unit. Went and checked it out. Apparently I was already late and RM 288 price was for Block A. Was offered a unit in 6th floor Block B instead for RM 350K. Quite tempting but there&#39;s some issues I found for which I couldn&#39;t get answer. <br /><br />1) Developer name Ageless Land Sdn Bhd / Ageless Hill Sdn Bhd. Couldn&#39;t find any previous project done by them. Not even official website of the company<br /><br />2) Checked in housing ministry blacklist developer list. Similar name exist under List of developers who fail to settle compound - last updated July 2020. Name in list AGELSS LAND SDN BHD but this developer name AGELESS LAND SDN BHD. Could this be a typo? The SA couldn&#39;t answer. SA kind of very blurr and not much informative.<br /><br />3) There&#39;s a 115 years old hindu temple at the proposed 2 lane each way road connecting eco hill and semenyih town. This is the road that will be connecting to the property. No idea if the temple agreed for relocation or any amicable solution reached. Don&#39;t want another seafield-like issue delaying the project. When I went there in the afternoon, there were no one at the temple (maybe coz Covid issue?). Couldn&#39;t find any info about this temple online.<br /><br />If you guys know any info, please do share yah. I really like the location and the budget is within my capacity.
