Hotlink 4G Fast - New Customer

Hi

I will be travelling to KL next month & i will be there for 1 month.
Have a few questions.

1) To buy the Hotlink 4G Fast RM48 do I have to first get a Normal Hotlink then convert to Fast 4G? How much in total do i have to top up to get it working? RM60?

2) I read to top up i can go to any 7Eleven to buy a code & then top up from there? is that right?

3) Can I buy the Hotlink 4G Fast RM48 from KLIA2? when i arrive.

4) from what i read the expiry is 30 days. does number expire after 30 days, i might be go back to kl again after more than 1 year. So do i just buy another Sim again with a new number?

Dog Found in TTDI - Question

Hi

My inlaws found a lost dog in TTDI & it has a DBKL Tag, is there a way to find the owners details eg. Phone number etc etc.
If its possible, can they call DBKL Office, also it'll be helpful if you guys can provide me with DBKL number.
