a friend of mine being scammed.
he transfer money using Maybank2u to the scammer's credit card
my friend wish to settle the problem by himself,
he has the scammer's name, IC number and credit card number.

Is there any way to track the scammer's address or phone number using above info?

my bf and I been together for 1.5 years.
both of us earning average salary, 2k++
i wish to get marry in 4-5 years time and i like to plan ahead.
plan for a saving for wedding, new house, perhaps having kids in future.
the problem is i feel unsecure, because my bf couldn't plan anything nor promise me anything.

he's giving 2/3 of his salary to his parents for monthly expenses and paying back loan to his dad. the remaining salary, he save it as his parent's emergency fund. (his parents dont have much saving)

thus every month, he left nothing...
he said if he's capable, he like to plan together with me.
therefore i felt like pushing him whenever i ask him to plan for our future. i feel very bad for it.

although in few years time, i may able to save some money for a simple wedding, a simple house. but if we plan to have kids in future, i alone cannot bear every cost,i need his financial support. To his current condition, he has nothing left in end of month, and when his parents older, he may need to spend more on the medical fees.

i dont know what should i do now...
i cant ask him to stop supporting his parents...

Question on transfer streamyx

we are going to move to new house next month.
so, yesterday my mom and my sister went to TMPoint to ask some info
on how to transfer telephone line and streamyx.

telephone line is ok, just need to reapply a new number.
the problem is streamyx.

my sister ask if there's streamyx coverage at the new housing area.
the TM staff refuse to check, suggest to apply a new streamyx account,
said if the new area got line, then they will setup the streamyx for them.

my sister ask if we can transfer the current streamyx account, then the TM staff said: ya, you can. but if the new area dont have line, then you cant use streamyx.

i was confused.
1st, why cant the TM staff help us to check if the new area got coverage or not?
2nd,if the new area has line, why the TM staff suggest to apply new streamyx instead of transfer the current one? they reserve the line for new account?not the current account?
