Is this deed acceptable and ethical? I got a pending job offer as a programmer, the pay is quite lower than I expected, while working on this job, I will continue looking for other better jobs and attend for interviews, if things go well, I might leave the current company after working for 3 months, for example.

Will this act affect my integrity impression in the eyes of my future employers?

Should I take up the current offer? Although they say will give me enough training before working on real projects, but I am quite unhappy with the salary, is just RM2000 after probation.

Is it easy to find jobs in Cyberjaya? There are alot MNC tech companies over there, but it is hard to see their job postings in JobStreet.

Any channels to look at their job postings on the web? Which companies will have an open interview or career fair in the near future?

Having stay in Kajang, going to Cyberjaya feels like breeze compare to going to KL or PJ.

as a freshgrad, do you just settle for whatever first job offer that come to you, like Chinese saying "ride a bull first while looking for a horse"

or would you reject the offers all the way until you are being offered in your dream company or dream job, which is in MNC or big local corps in most people's perception.

They make me looks like not part of them anymore like it used to be. They excluded me in many events. When going for gathering I lost track of what they were talking, as if they talked using alien language. Although they do not show it outside, I can feel deep inside they look down on me, especially some of them who have stable career.

Should I just totally abandoning them, removing them from Facebook, ignoring events invitation?

I don't want to have friends for the sake of the numbers? Agree or not?

depending on the job, some jobs take place in bored environment such as factories where most of the time just facing machines and circuit board, if working in office fulled with middle age ladies its another problem. People say the best time to find a GF is during college years as everyone are at the same generation having similar thoughts and interests. Currently I am still unemployed, but instead of worrying about the future jobs, I worry about whether I would be more lonely than now due to job constraints. I think most Gen Y people strive for balanced life as much as possible, career is one thing but not the whole thing in our life.

I am currently in the final semester of my degree course in Electronics Engineering. There is one subject which I am not too confident with, worst case is that if I fail that subject, I will need to wait until the particular semester to retake the subject, which means there will be 2 semesters I got nothing to study before I can repeat that paper. If that happens, I got no choice but have to work while waiting the time to repeat the last subject. The question is, how many employers out there willing to hire people like me? I mean the jobs that require degree holder, will I get a chance to step in?

PS. My FYP and thesis is doing just fine, I just feel uncomfortable with that particular subject

I have a friend who recently helped me, it's not a big deal to her, but the help she offered means quite a lot to me. It's nothing big, just a soft copy of pass year assignment solution. I am thinking to treat her a meal not just as a sign of gratitude but also a way to make myself to be remembered. I treat her just as friend nothing more. How to address myself as to not appear as a courting attempt but merely a friendly sign? Should I insist if she reject?

despite that the global economy recession, the property price is on the rise again, it will even rise further when petrol price increase later this year. My dad bought his first house for RM 15000, its a single story, then he sold it for RM 100k after 15 years. He bought the double story house not too long afterwards for RM 150k, after 20+ years now the neighboring units have sold for RM300k, the new owner have to spend another RM 150k for renovation

this is so horrible, what crap can you buy with RM200k nowadays? Ringgit is depreciating like toilet paper. Don't say bricks and walls, even PTPTN loan some fresh grads also having trouble to pay back.

to the young people out there, don't bug your parents for the expensive PC and DSLR, help them save money to buy additional properties like houses and shops. For guys, you sure don't want to stay with your siblings after marriage, what is even worse is, you might have to rent house for your whole life.
