Hi, Sifu.

I plan to buy a desktop PC in Johor Bahru... that's why I am referring to the price list here: http://www.navotech.com.my/pricelist.pdf

1. Budget: around RM 2.5k
- Includes monitor, Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
- Exclude speaker, keyboard, casing.

2. Purpose: Gaming (e.g. Starcraft 2, Guild Wars 2) and watching movies

3. Preference:
(i) Best bang for the bucks/ value for money
(ii) USB 3.0 (Must have)
(iii) "desktop Wifi card" (because I have TM unifi modem)

I am thinking of the following build:

Hi, I am planning to build a desktop computer next month.

Budget: RM 2350 MAX (Original budget around RM 2000)

Re-used Items: Mouse, Speaker, Keyboard.

Purpose: (1) To watch blu-ray movie & (2) to play online games (maybe GuildWars 2 or Starcraft 2, moderately good detail will be sufficient)

Preference: Value for money, graphic card can be added/upgraded in the future.

After some research, I have come up with this build:

AMD A8-3850 with integrated 6550D RM468
Asus F1A75-M LE SATA6 USB3 RM315 (Can I add discrete graphic card in the future?)
1 X 4GB Kingston PC3 10600 DDR3 1333 RM67
LG BluRay 12X Combo RM285 (for watching blu-ray movie)
Samsung 500GB(7200) F3 RM269
CM Elite Series RM139 (Any advice on casing? )
FSP HEXA HE 500Watt RM165 (Any advice on PSU? )
Windows 7 Premium 64 bit RM270
20" Acer S200HL LED RM325 (I know this monitor is not 1080p...budget constraint )

Total = RM 2303 (Price from Cycom)

Any comment or advice on the build above?
