clothes tight below shoulder area

wish to ask for advice and feedback here. i maintain 3 times weekly yoga practise and some dumbbell lifting for the arms. i gave birth to my child 2.5yrs ago, last time being around 51kg, now I'm at 53kg, almost back to my original state, except the tummy area. but i can't really fit in some old tight tops. I can fit in, but when I want to remove the top from my body, the shirt will get stuck at my armpit area, below my shoulder. my mum commented that because I do those yoga poses that train my back, my back is much wider nowadays. I mean the area behind my chest, if you know what i mean. i get concerned and worry if it's because that my fat accumulate there instead? but my mum also added that it doesn't look like fat, it looks like muscle as the flesh there is very firm. I am in quite a dilemma. want to continue working out and even adding some more poses, but worry the more I do, the more muscular I get and I won't be able to fit in those old clothes?

Does it mean that when you get more muscular, you actually get leaner but bigger, so can't fit in some old clothes?

preparing meat

hi...i wish to know how do you guys cook the meat, eg. chicken breast, tuna, beef, etc that you have to eat daily for protein intake? do you put other ingredients and seasoning? since we are all working people, don't you find it difficult and no time to cook these things? i don't want to resort to taking protein supplement yet, i know it's the last resort for convenience. i know for tuna, you don't have to cook it, but you just scoop out from the can and eat it? as for chicken breast, you make a soup or just boil it/scald it to cooked form then just eat? how about beef? how do you prepare it?i want to eat these, buti find it troublesome, especially when we are always on the go, rushing to work, at work, or late to reach home from work. pls share how you do it, thanks...

can buy pre-launch?

recently i heard that most of the property units for new developments will be sold out already prior to the launch itself. is this true? if so, what is the point of a launch? heard that the staffs of the developer company itself will take units and sell themselves, that's why during launch itself, there are very little units left, and those are the leftover, not-so-good units. are all these true? i don't understand the purpose of the launching then. and buying from another person, pre-launch does it mean we are paying extra to that person? seems unsafe. pls advise, thanks.

female - bulky upper arms

I am a female and I do yoga twice a week, not beginner but can be considered as advanced level already. problem is my upper arms are still so bulky. I just gave birth less than 1 year ago, after that I resumed working out, by walking on the threadmill and also first working out with heavy pounds and less reps, for some time, and my arms became even bigger!! then I realized something was wrong and changed to light pounds and more reps, but still the arm size did not come down, was so dissapointed. And decided to drop walking on threadmill and taking weights on hands, instead I went back to what I had been practising for few years even before my pregnancy, which was advanced yoga. Now my upper arms are smaller than they were when I just gave birth and when I took weights, but it's still not the original size I was in. Not nice w hen wearing clothes, pls can anyone help? What is wrong with my workout routine? How do I get lean upper arms?
