B5 + B7 Puspakom Inspection

Here is my story ;

I decided to buy new nissan slyphy from ETCM Muar, and trade-in my honda city (my 1st experience trade-in car).

After few days, I received call from the nissan salesman asking for RM 400 for Puspakom Inspection for my honda city, but i refused to pay prior inspection.

On the day of inspection, I received call from the same salesman, asking for RM 250 for B5 + B7 inspection, plus RM 30 (upah) for my new car registration no. (I paid RM 220 earlier). He came to my house to return my honda city after inspection, but I was not home, so he asked RM 180 from my father, no receipt issued. I felt like being cheated, so how much actually the puspakom inspection cost ?
