Windows 7 LOCKED

Hello guys , when i download any file online, then when i want to extract it from winrar. The files get extracted into the directory and Windows 7 seem to have
blocked the files downloaded online. How do i unlock it? I have extracted stuff, but ive seen a small locked icon on the file downloaded. When i open directly under windows explorer i canot find the file, it dissapears, but when i search throught "Run" I can see the file and is locked.

it seem the tmnet modem of D-link DSL 2640B does not provide the Port Forwarding option under Advanced Tab. I had been spending hours trying to search for the solution but to no avail. PLEASE HELP ME, I NEED Portfoward WC3! : (((((

I read that tmnet version is rigged, that is why the port forwarding option has dissapeard, this is ridiculous!

I wonder hwo many msians out there , dun even noe auntie's watch starcraft games , cool progamers posting in magazines , pay to play pro and have a largest pool PRIZE in the world for e-sports

hi guys! my msn hotmail has been hacked, for nearly year i cant login to it! It is my primary hotmail, many of my other primary game/forum accounts are linked to it, contacts , etc .God damn its very important , all my privacy stuff!! I need get it back as fast possible!
