SE7EN will do concert in Malaysia this year

YG Entertainment brings the “Korean wave” to Malaysia! It has been announced that Malaysia’s Halo Music and YG Entertainment are working together. Their first plans are to hold events with SE7EN and Big Bang.

Halo Music and YG Entertainment started a project with some sponsors to heat up the “Korean wave” in Malaysia by bringing YG-artists to the country.

First of all, they’re working out an event with SE7EN early this year. Following that, Big Bang will hold their first concert in Malaysia, which was requested by lots of Malaysian fans. According to Halo Music, they are still discussing with the organizer about this topic.

In addition to that, G-Dragon and T.O.P’s debut album will be released in Malaysia soon. For more details check out Halo Music’s Facebook page.

everything hit its target, i remembered last time Malaysia General said something like this "korean army is very discipline and strong, therefore Angkatan Tentera Malaysia will use Tae Kwon Do as the main syllabus for barehand combat"

after that Korean General Choi, the founder of Tae Kwon Do martial art said, "Malaysia is the second home of korean martial art, Tae Kwon Do"

i think have some truth of what the previous of Malaysia General said, and now they combine it with so many martial art like silat, kung fu, judo and so many others but still Tae Kwon Do is the main basic syllabus for all Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) barehand combat.

sometime i feel really pissed-off so many people look down, underestimate the Angkatan Tentera Malaysia capability, i want to request the public relation of Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) launch the official youtube channel with High Definition (HD) quality video.. recruit the best malaysian people in photographing, video editing, animation, computer science related to be the best in public relation for Malaysia military future.

i want to request Malaysia do perfect training using all the military assets like SUKHOI jet fighters combination with F18 jet fighters and MiG jet fighters together with the latest UAV invented by CTRM (for malaysia airforce), and also the combination of ASTROS MLRS II with PT91 PENDEKAR MBT tanks and with the latest M4 carbine rifle (for malaysia ground army) and also the combination of all MEKO frigates together with the SCORPENE submarine (for Malaysia Navy).. do it in a very high definition video and perfect target training of missiles hitting all the targets.

Malaysia have so much land to practice the military stuff. Why not utilize it to implement something like NETWORKING CENTRIC WARFARE technology, can the UAV that CTRM built take control as the command center to implement that technology? the rumours said that Malaysia army already invented alien technology in battle management system (BMS) but did not want to patent the technology, i am very curious to know is the rumour is true?

it is true that CEO of CyberSecurity Malaysia come from the background of Angkatan Tentera (ATM) Malaysia as a very high ranking official, maybe CyberSecurity Malaysia can work together with Malaysian Communications And Multimedia Commision (MCMC) and Angkatan Tentera Malaysia(ATM) to recruit the best talent available in Malaysian for the better future of Malaysia Military and create more high-income/salaries for Malaysian.. and the most important thing is to gain back RESPECT and HONOUR to Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM) as the previous general of Angkatan Tentera Malaysia always said "BERSATU TEGUH, BERCERAI ROBOH" (translation UNITE STRONG, DIVIDE WEAK)

Malaysia government invite Japanese be Malaysian

JAPANESE ARE WELCOME TO BE MALAYSIAN

TOKYO: Japanese senior citizens have been invited to make Malaysia their second home.

Tourism Minister Datuk Seri Dr Ng Yen Yen said the number of Japanese people aged 65 and above was increasing and they would be more than comfortable about living in Malaysia due to its strategic location, advances in medicine and cheaper cost of living.

Furthermore, she added, Malaysia was already a popular retirement destination for the Japanese.

“We are more than happy to take in more,” she told a gathering of representatives from several Japanese associations here.

“We have Japanese schools, Japanese clubs and Japanese restaurants back home.

“The cost of living in Malaysia is also a third of that in Japan. Almost everything is duty free except liquor, tobacco and Corningware (a brand of glassware that is resistant to thermal heat),” added Dr Ng, who is here to promote the Make Malaysia Your Second Home (MM2H) programme.

She said since the programme started in 2002, more than 14,300 foreigners had made Malaysia their second home. Of these, more than 1,100 were Japanese.

She said other successful applicants were from Iran, Britain, China, Pakistan, Singapore, Australia, Bangladesh, the United States and India.

Dr Ng said Malaysia was an ideal tourism as well as retirement destination with more than 1,000 islands, 42 marine parks and a 130-million-year-old rainforest.

“We also have homestay programmes which have been popular with Japanese tourists. Our diversity is also a big asset and this is certainly an added attraction to foreigners,” she said, adding that successful MM2H applicants would get a 10-year multiple entry social visit pass.

She said foreigners need only to show that they have liquid assets worth more than RM350,000 and some form of a monthly income, such as a pension, if they were above 50.

“When your application is approved, you will have to save at least RM150,000 in a fixed deposit with a bank in Malaysia, of which RM50,000 can be withdrawn from the second year onwards if one wishes to,” she said.

For applicants aged 50 and below, they have to show they have liquid assets worth RM500,000 when applying and a monthly income of RM10,000.

“When the application is approved, he or she will have to keep RM300,000 in a fixed deposit account in a bank in Malaysia. He or she will be able to withdraw up to RM150,000 from the second year onwards if he wishes to use the money,” she said, adding that Malaysia was listed by the Wolrd Tourism Council as the ninth most visited country.

Ng said both Malaysia Airlines and AirAsia would start direct flights to Haneda, near Tokyo, in November and December and this would give the Japanese more reason to join the MM2H programme.

MAS now operates regular flights from KL International Airport to Osaka and Narita.

Red Bull driver Kimi Raikkonen has won his first ever rally - the Rallye Vosgien which started and finished yesterday.

The Finn was driving his usual Citroen C4 WRC and was unbeaten on all six stages on the national-level French event, which ran in the Strasbourg area close to where the next round of the World Rally Championship, the Rally of France, will be based.

The event, which took Raikkoen a shade under an hour to complete, consisted of two stages run in three loops - and Raikkonen won by more than three minutes from Quentin Gilbert in a Renault Clio Maxi.

"This was a good preparation for the Rally of France," said Raikkonen. "From what I am told, the roads on this event were fairly representative of what we will see on the next WRC round, so I am happy. It's also good to get back into driving the car on asphalt - that's very useful as well."

The Citroen Junior Team is unable to test ahead of the Strasbourg-based WRC having used or pre-assigned all of its 15 test days. Competing on the Rallye Vosgien was the next best thing to a test for Raikkonen and co-driver Kaj Lindtsrom.

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 (Bernama) -- The narrow mountains of San Remo in Italy will be the stage for the Proton Satria Neo S2000 when the 10th round of the Intercontinental Rally Challenge (IRC) moves to one of the most historical and famous international rallies this weekend.

Tarmac rally specialist Gilles Panizzi will take over the reigns of the Satria Neo S2000 to spearhead the Proton R3 Malaysia Rally Team's star-studded two-car challenge at the 52nd San Remo Rally.

The three-time San Remo winner (2000, 2001 and 2002) and runner-up in 1999 and 2003 is also one of the most celebrated drivers on asphalt, winning seven World Rally Championship (WRC) rounds for Peugeot between 1999 and 2003 -- all on tarmac.

Co-driven by Freddy Delorme, the Frenchman will be joined by former Production Car World Rally champion Northern Irishman Niall McShea, said team manager Datuk Abdul Razak Dawood in a statement here Monday.

Danger to liberalise Ringgit

The local stock market is touching 1,500. There is an inflow of capital from the West because growth is in the East but it is really just a bubble for us, not supported by fundamentals.

Not only the stock market is going up, the property market, bond market and ringgit has gone up.

We must not be fooled. We are getting the spillover effect from China, Indonesia and Vietnam where there is real fundamental growth. This real growth is supported by their economy being in transition from Level 2 to 3 as categorised by the World Economic Forum.

Our economy is at Level 3 (middle) whereas US, UK & Singapore is at Level 5 (advanced). An example of a Level 4 economy is Poland. To reach level 4, our economy must be able to show that it is innovative and has shown that it has breach level 3 and on the way to Level 5.

Unless and until we are at Level 4 the next growth impetus, then the stock market of 1,500 is just an illusion. I'm glad Bank Negara has seen this in the property market. In just 4 years from 2006 to 2010, a condominium unit in KL has risen from RM200,000 to RM350,000.
