Need Help in Buying property in other state

Hi,

Need help as I need to ask a few question about buying property in other state in Malaysia as holiday home.

I am KL based but thinking of buying a small second-hand holiday flat in penang and other state for holidays

I already own a few property in KL but tot of buying a small flat in penang and melaka for holiday and rather not stay in hotel. The hotel price is enuff for me to buy a small flat or pay the mortgage for a small flat.

My question is

Will there be any trouble in transfer of tittle if i buy a flat around 500 sqft at for less than 100k-200k??

As far as i know, if you ask those house broker, can i buy? All of them will say can !!! but they will not mention if there will be any trouble during the transfer of house tittle to my name......

I am looking at those non-new, non-bumi, non-low cost and freehold with strata tittle small flat.....and I am NOT wanting a deed of assignment (DOA)..... I want a proper transfer to my name direct on the tittle itself.....

I know that in KL and Selangor that any property less than 650 sqft will be automatically fall under the low cost housing rule.....but i do not know for other state in Malaysia

I am not eligible to buy low cost house or those recent affordable house by govt.

My idea will be buying those cheap flat with v little loan amount as they are already at a low price.....

Any advice from all the property sifu here will be good..... am sure alot of people is thinking to buy small flat for holiday home rather than staying in those pricey hotel.....

Anyone wanting to share any experience they have in buying a small cheap second hand holiday home in other states?

Property is so expensive these days, i wonder how young people can afford to buy their own house or condo etc.

My sister will be in Australia in July for a month on holiday and I was wondering if there is anything cheap or worth taking back to Malaysia for business purpose.

Hi,

Just want to check on where have stencil cutting service?

Basically i have a few design where i wanted to turn it into plastic or metal stencil which ever is cheaper.

I am looking for the cheapest option in producing the cheapest stencil or template based on my design. I only need a few pieces each design....

Also the same for tshirt printing. Again i have design but no where to print out the t shirt..... i only need 1 piece of tshirt not 12 or 18 as required by most tshirt printing shop.

All the above need to be at acceptable price......

Got 1 time i say i need to print 1 tshirt..... the seller say need to pay for the price of 12 tshirt ask me to wear 1 and throw the other 11 out..... crazy...

Anyone know where i can get the above services at affordable price do PM me .... i am loooking in PJ and KL area....

hi,

Currently i m in bangkok at the moment living near a walking distance to pra tu nam market and parntip mall.

I was wondering if there is anyone in KL or in msian that wanted to have a free agent here in bangkok to do all the contact and also the connection from their supplier to the forwarding agent.

This can save cost on the travelling to bangkok and the accomodation as well.

What a malaysian need to do is to contact their supplier here in bangkok and made the neccesary order, pay them and i can do the running and the shipping for you. You can even name the shipping company.

THIS IS HOW:
1.Malaysian call supplier and order the items you need. Pay the supplier in Bangkok.
2. Name the shipping company of ur choice or preffered. and I do the running for you.

For your information, i am also a trader and are taking items from here as well. i am used to to the forwarding and shipping company and even perhaps we can team up a few businesses to save cost on shipping for big bulk of item for cheaper and better price.

This is mostly for those traders whom come to bangkok often like myself to buy and shipped things back to msia.

So i tot perhaprs there are others in a similir situation like me and we can share idea and opinion and perhaps i can earn a little pocket money from the savings in travelling in which you have saved.
